About "Boulder Planet"
Boulder Planet is a sports enrichment school based in Sembawang, offering climbing programmes to families across Singapore. It holds a 4.8-star rating on Google from 404 reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent customer satisfaction. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. Pricing sits at the mid-range ($$) level, though specific per-session fees are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the provider.
Families interested in enrolling should enquire about the appropriate level and programme for their child's age and experience, whether sessions are structured as group classes or on a more individual basis, and how the syllabus or progression framework is organised. It is worth asking whether a trial class is available before committing to a term, and clarifying whether classes are held solely at the Sembawang Road facility or at additional locations islandwide. Confirming the term length, any materials or equipment fees, and the cancellation policy upfront will help avoid surprises.
To take the next step, reach out to Boulder Planet via WhatsApp or their enquiry form to ask about current availability, programme levels, and whether a trial class can be arranged before a term commitment is made.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
This is my first time bouldering and climbing in a long time and i had a blast. My coach in my introductory class was Danial, who’s a rlly chill guy and taught me sufficient basics. The environment is clean, neat, and seems well stocked with seats, brushes, and even nail clippers. The service i received at the counter was also professional. The community was very supportive of each other and it made the experience really good. Im glad i got a $55 starter pack so i can keep going over the weeks!!! Would recommend to anyone seeking a fitness thrill in a new sport.
Signed up for BP starter pack. Daniel was our instructor and he was very patient and encouraging! He was thorough with the safety procedure. My mum enjoyed her first bouldering session without getting hurt. Certainly won’t be her first and last time climbing🤭 Appreciate your guidance today Daniel!
Enjoyed my starter pack here. Instructor Daniel was very knowledgable and guided us well
My girlfriend and I got the Starter package for $55 each. It contains free equipment rental, first-time guided sessions, and 2 weeks unlimited entry. Our guide Kenric was very helpful in guiding us through the safety briefing, bouldering techniques, as well as tips on completing the easy routes. Enjoyed my time here! Will definitely be back.
Had a fantastic intro to bouldering session at Boulder Planet Tai Seng! Huge shoutout to instructor Dan for being so patient and encouraging. He made the basics easy to understand and gave me the confidence to get on the wall. Highly recommend booking a class with him if you're a beginner!

Boulder Planet has not published specific per-session fees on its listing, so you will need to contact them directly for current pricing. As a general reference, sports enrichment classes in Singapore typically run on a per-session or monthly package basis, with group classes ranging from around S$30–80 per session depending on the activity, class size, and duration. Term-based packages often work out cheaper than pay-as-you-go options. It is worth asking whether there is a separate registration fee, whether materials or equipment hire are included, and whether sibling or multi-class discounts apply. A trial class, if offered, may be priced differently from a standard session. See the full Sport & Swimming Schools cost guide for Singapore →
Many sports enrichment providers in Singapore offer a trial class at either a reduced rate or the standard session fee before you commit to a full term. A trial is a useful opportunity to gauge whether the level is appropriate for your child, whether the teaching style holds their attention, and whether the group size feels right. When attending a trial at Boulder Planet, observe how the coach manages the class, how progression is structured, and whether your child feels comfortable in the environment. Climbing in particular requires a degree of confidence-building, so the coach's approach to encouragement matters. Contact Boulder Planet via WhatsApp or their enquiry form to ask whether a trial session is available and what it costs before signing up for a term.
Boulder Planet has not published specific instructor credentials on its listing. For a climbing school, relevant qualifications to ask about include certifications from recognised climbing bodies such as the SNCS (Singapore National Climbing Standards) or equivalent international frameworks, as well as first aid certification and experience coaching children at different ability levels. It is also reasonable to ask how long the instructors have been teaching, whether they have competitive or recreational climbing backgrounds, and how the programme aligns with any graded progression system. If credentials are important to your decision, contact Boulder Planet directly via WhatsApp or their enquiry form and ask to speak with or meet the lead instructor before enrolling.
If Boulder Planet isn't the right fit, these are other sport & swimming schools providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
