Went when there were parties ongoing and we had to constantly move out of the area we were playing in or face a ridiculously long line because the partygoers were given priority. We were also directed out of the free play area because the staff said they wanna let those in the queue enter but.... there were more than enough empty trampolines in the other section of the free play area for the kids who were queueing up to play in. When paying, the staff didn't check how many hours we would've liked to play for and charged us for one and we only realised later on after having made payment and having left the queue. We still had a fun time but with all the queueing and waiting around, you get 45 mins of play time max and if price isn't a concern, then yes i'd recommend Bounce. Otherwise, just go occasionally when you feel an intense need to jump around on trampolines and just hope and pray that the urge only creeps up during weekdays.

Great and spacious play area! Tickets should be booked in advance, otherwise there’s a high chance you won’t get in. There are different options available — I personally like the 2-hour ticket. There’s a comfortable waiting area for parents where you can sit with a coffee and get some work done. Don’t forget to bring special grip socks or buy them at the entrance!

A great place with a spacious play area! Tickets should be booked in advance, as walk-ins have a high chance of being turned away. There are several ticket options available. personally, the 2-hour ticket works best. There’s also a comfortable waiting area for parents, where you can relax with a coffee or even get some work done. Remember to bring special grip socks, or you can purchase them at the entrance. The venue also offers three function rooms, making it ideal for hosting birthday celebrations or parties.

I redeemed the vouchers from Gardenia lucky draw and the process online and on-site was seamless. My children had loads of fun and burned a lot of energy. The crew coordinated each area well and my children were able to play in every area. Two hours was definitely more than enough and the bouncing tired them out. They remained watchful and made sure that only one jumped on each trampoline. There is no need to reach 15 minutes earlier for the briefing as the children were briefly briefed during the issue of their tags and when the time reached, they were allowed entry while the previous batch of people left.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does BOUNCE Singapore charge per session?

BOUNCE Singapore does not publicly list per-session pricing, and its pricing is indicated at a mid-range level. Holiday camp costs in Singapore typically vary depending on programme length, number of days, and any specialised activities included. Some providers charge per day, others per full week, and multi-day packages often carry a lower per-day rate than single drop-in bookings. It is also worth confirming whether a materials or equipment fee applies separately, and what the cancellation or refund terms are if your child cannot attend a booked day. See the full Holiday Camps cost guide for Singapore →

Can I try a class before committing?

Whether BOUNCE Singapore offers a trial day or single drop-in session before a full programme commitment is best confirmed directly with the provider, as policies vary by camp structure and season. When assessing fit, consider whether the activity level and group dynamic suit your child's age, energy, and social comfort — a single day is the most useful way to gauge this before paying for a longer block. If a standalone trial is not available, ask whether individual daily bookings can be made at the start, which gives flexibility to extend once your child has settled in. Contact BOUNCE Singapore via phone or the enquiry form to check current options.

What are the instructors' credentials?

Specific instructor qualifications for BOUNCE Singapore are not listed publicly. For activity-based holiday camps, relevant credentials typically include first aid certification, relevant coaching or activity leadership qualifications, and experience working with children in the relevant age group. It is advisable to ask directly about instructor-to-participant ratios, how programmes are supervised, and what safety protocols are in place — particularly for physical activities. If your child has any specific needs or medical considerations, raise these at the point of enquiry so the team can confirm suitability before enrolment.
