Couples typically begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm date availability and describe the scope — ROM solemnisation, tea ceremony, banquet coordination, photography, décor, or a combination of these. A consultation follows to discuss theme and style, dialect-group customs if relevant (Hokkien, Teochew, or Cantonese gatecrash traditions, for instance), and whether the couple needs a single-vendor package or a curated selection of services. Once scope is agreed, a deposit of typically 30–50% secures the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the wedding. Popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out earliest, often six to twelve months in advance, so early enquiry is advisable.
Contact BQueens Wedding via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your wedding date, venue, and a brief description of the services required — this gives the team what they need to confirm availability and prepare a package proposal.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Valent, the lady boss is an amazing business woman. I came to her with a very tight timeline. She is a trained designer who made amendments to make the rental gown uniquely mine. Jeanie, one of her many staff, is very sharp, quick & detailed. She made my fitting is restful & in a breeze. Their shop is great value for money. They have an extensive selection of gowns & suits. The amendments they recommended is more significant & customised to the bride, making each rental gown unique. In addition, the service is very prompt. Very helpful when I am lost & have a tight timeline.
we were very impressed with the options at Bqueens and top notch service from all the staff! 💯 Jeanie took very great care of us and our parents during all the fitting sessions. We also chose their gown and suits for our overseas pre wedding shoot! She would always recommend me dresses which suit my body and style without reminders. All my outfits received many compliments from everyone, including the ma kua. The car deco was also very nicely done 😘thank you!!
I would like to express my gratitude to Lynn and her team for their excellent services. Lynn is simply amazing. Her dedicated services and impeccable coordination with various vendors (ie. Photographers and MUA) has ensured everything operates smoothly. As a plus size bride, I'm always worried that I couldn't fit or how I will look in those beautiful gowns. But Lynn has always able to help me pick my perfect gown! Her accomodating, honest opinions and patience were just what I needed to help me make the right decision. We had a wonderful wedding day and I got so many compliments on my beautiful dresses. Thank you so much being so patient and helpful throughout my wedding planning.
We engaged Bqueens wedding for both our Singapore and Indo wedding as it was recommended by our friends. As per their recommendation, we went with Jeanie and we had no regrets at all! Jeanie was so patient, and very warm during all of our meetings. I had a hard time deciding on my gowns and she would just patiently bring out gowns after gowns. Thanks to her, we managed to find nice gowns for both myself and our mums! It was quite a long process (over a year) and through it all, Jeanie was professional, easy going and very sincere. At one point we joked that ‘everything also okay’ as she would always try her best to cater to us, including offering alterations (she added the sash on the tube of my gown, and also a inner lining for the off shoulder gown) to make the dress look good. All in all, no regrets at all engaging Bqueens! They might not have the widest range of gowns and some gowns are rather tired (worn multiple times) but we preferred their service so much more than the other bridal shop (ahem BY) who had really nice gowns but was so rigid in their rules, not accommodating at all and I was so stressed trying to find a gown in just 1.5 hours. Highly recommend Jeanie! 10/10 service and thanks to her we really enjoyed our bridal process!
A really pleasant experience here with Jeanie. She's really friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. Really really pleased with the gowns that I've chosen as I've received so much praises. Would like to thank Valent as well for choosing such a nice gown for my mom. Recommended my sister in law to Jeanie too for her wedding in Feb! 😊 Thank you all for everything 🥰

BQueens Wedding presents pricing at a mid-range tier, but specific package figures are not publicly listed — you will need to request a detailed quote. For context, Singapore wedding services vary considerably by scope: full-day photography runs S$2,500–6,000+, full-day videography S$3,000–8,000+, and full wedding planning (excluding venue and F&B) typically S$5,000–25,000+. Décor and floral packages range from S$300–1,500 for simpler setups to considerably more for elaborate installations. When reviewing any quote, confirm what is itemised: deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing) and the balance payment schedule, the number of hours or pieces covered, deliverables and their delivery timeline, travel charge for non-central venues, and whether GST is included. Put all terms in writing before paying. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding services, six to twelve months ahead is the standard lead time for popular providers, with peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November booking out earliest. If your date falls in one of these windows, enquire as early as feasible — many couples are disappointed to find their preferred vendor already committed. For specific services such as floral arrangements or décor, shorter lead times of two to six weeks may be possible for off-peak weekdays, but a Saturday wedding should never be left this late. Confirm whether the deposit holds the date exclusively and ask about the wet-weather or backup contingency plan if any portion of the event is outdoors.
The Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the wedding date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date exclusivity, planning hours, consultations, mock-ups, or tastings where applicable — and what portion, if any, is refundable on cancellation. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date, depending on the contract terms. Clarify the rescheduling policy explicitly, including what happens if a force-majeure situation (public-health restriction or a venue closure) requires a date change. For setups at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues, also ask whether BQueens Wedding holds public liability insurance and whether the venue requires a copy of that certificate.
