Families planning a wedding typically begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm the event date and venue, then move into a scope and theme consultation covering ceremony style, coverage hours, and package versus à la carte options. For solemnisations, it is worth discussing the ROM ceremony format alongside any banquet or tea-ceremony requirements, and confirming whether dialect-group customs — such as Hokkien or Cantonese gatecrash traditions — are accommodated. A deposit of typically 30 to 50 per cent secures the date on signing, with the balance usually due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out well in advance, so early engagement is advisable. Confirm the deliverables timeline, any travel charge for venues outside central Singapore, wet-weather or contingency arrangements for outdoor elements, and whether public liability insurance is held — especially relevant if the setup involves an HDB void deck or a condo function room requiring a certificate.
Contact Bride & Bridegroom Singapore via WhatsApp or the online enquiry form to check date availability and request a detailed package breakdown before committing to any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I came across My Bridal Room at the MBS wedding fair after having spoken with a few studios, and decided on them after a week, as I liked their simple non-pushy, customer-friendly approach. Vivian was my sales contact. Looking back, I think I made a great choice, as I was supported along my whole 6-month prep journey, by a team who are expert in their own roles, and easy to rapport with. Which I think is important for both bride and groom. Ginny was our main liaison - not only a designer with great beauty sense, but also accommodated my multiple requests the best she could throughout the months. The variety of gowns she picked for me were super on-point from pre-wedding to wedding day itself, though I wasn’t confident to carry them well. But in the end, they drew compliments from my guests! So, trust the expert! 😃 May, our make-up artist, is super efficient and effective. My mum and friend also gave her a big thumbs-up! Loved that she also shared words of wisdom to help build and maintain a lasting marriage :) Re pre-wedding shoot, Sam was very proficient. He gave easy instructions to follow, trying his best speaking English to my non-Chinese speaking hubby 😆 We loved the variety of indoor backdrops. For outdoor shoots, the no. of locations and shot variety was slightly limited for us to choose, for various reasons. This was abit of pity. On wedding day, the photography and videography crew MBR partnered with were also professional - they turned up promptly and did their jobs well to capture our important moments. All in all, a positive experience. Hope they expand their team with more talents!
Many many thanks to Ginny, Sam and May from My Bridal Room! Great patience from them and great guidance from choosing of gown/suit, photo , choosing of photos for the album and etc. All of them are very friendly and the communication is great too. Love the outcome of the photo and how they arrange the photo by theme/story for the album. Ginny is extremely patience in helping us in choosing the gown and suit for photoshoot and actual day. She also gave advice on which gown and suit is better for which type of theme and outdoor shooting. Sam's photography skills is great and will joke abit here and there so you can enjoy the photoshoot and not nervous. Honestly speaking, my husband and I don't feel tired at all through out the photoshoot. We had fun instead during the shoot. May is a great makeup artist. Love her makeup and hairdo skills. As I'm a bride who worry about alot of things for photoshoot and actual day, May will calm me down with her words while putting my makeup. She also helped my husband with his makeup and hair. May also will suggest how his hairstyle can be done to look better. All in all, thank you so much My Bridal Room team! ❤️❤️
We are so thankful for Ginny and My Bridal Room!! The designs and service are 10/10! A very special shoutout to Ginny for being with us every step of the way, making the process of choosing, trying on, and wearing the dresses and suits such a memorable and enjoyable experience! You were always so patient, understanding and attentive with us which we appreciate very much! Did I mention that she’s also the designer for the dresses? Your hard work can be felt, hope you and My Bridal Room continue to be successful, cheers! Love, Presca & Joel
We were recommended My Bridal Room by a friend for our wedding. It was the best decision made ever! Ginny was very supportive and accommodating throughout our whole wedding journey. The package we got included bridal gown, groom suits, pre wedding shoot, and actual day make up as well. It was very affordable and the quality was really really good. Ginny really tried to help with all our requests and really made our wedding journey incredibly smooth. She even designed by hand and from scratch my wife's wedding gown and it was really just breathtaking. Will highly recommend her to those looking for a bridal studio!! Sam who did our pre wedding shoot was also very professional and took really amazing shots!! He made simple scenes and buildings into really memorable shots. Our MUA, May, was really nice and did our make up exactly as was needed to make us look in top condition in all our photos. She communicated a lot with us and also tried to help with all requests we had with our looks. Really enjoyable working with her. Overall through one year of wedding planning, my bridal room really made things easy, fast, and smooth sailing. Very little hiccups and really professional service given. Please look for them for your wedding needs!! And plus the prices are really reasonable especially for such good quality of work :)
Really thankful to the team at My Bridal Room! After visiting quite a few bridal studios in Singapore and even JB, we were pleasantly surprised by how warm, patient and sincere the staff were. My partner and I come from a conservative church and wanted a more modest wedding dress. Rayden was very professional and understanding of our requests! He even sketched out a concept for us on the spot and gave practical suggestions. During subsequent fittings, Ginny, who was coordinating the gown design, was super nice, patient and gave her creative input when needed and always willing to listen and share her ideas. The gown that she designed received a lot of compliments from our guests. The whole experience was worry-free and enjoyable. We’re really happy to have chosen MBR for our gown and suit. Highly recommend them for good service, friendly people and affordable packages that fit our needs perfectly! :)

Wedding services packages vary considerably by scope. As a general Singapore market reference: full-day wedding photography runs S$2,500–6,000+, full-day videography S$3,000–8,000+, full event planning (excluding venue and food and beverage) S$5,000–25,000+, and decor or floral installations S$300–1,500 and upward depending on scale. A deposit of typically 30–50 per cent is payable on signing to hold the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Itemise carefully what is included in any quoted package: hours of coverage, number of edited images or video deliverables, setup and teardown time, travel charge for non-central venues, and GST. Request a written breakdown before paying anything. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding services, a lead time of 6–12 months is standard for popular providers. Peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest and can be fully committed a year in advance. Once you have a provisional venue date, contact Bride & Bridegroom Singapore to confirm availability as early as possible. A written contract and deposit formally secures the booking — a verbal hold is not reliable. If any portion of the event is outdoors, also discuss wet-weather contingency at the time of booking so that the plan is agreed in writing rather than negotiated on the day.
The Singapore events industry standard is a 30–50 per cent deposit on signing that holds the date and covers initial planning or preparation hours. Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date at the provider's discretion. The balance is usually due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers, what happens if you need to reschedule due to a venue change or unforeseen circumstance, and whether public liability insurance is held — venues including HDB void decks and condo function rooms often require a copy of the insurance certificate before permitting setup. Put all of this in the signed contract before payment.
