About Bunnify
Bunnify is a pet boarding service operating islandwide from its base at 401 Sembawang Road, Singapore 758383. It holds KakiList verified status, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact channels. It carries a Google rating of 4.8 out of 5 across 41 reviews, a moderate sample that provides a reasonable directional signal of customer satisfaction. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier.
When enquiring about boarding, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and temperament details ready, as these affect suitability and space allocation. Bunnify accepts enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form — WhatsApp is often the fastest route for sharing photos of your pet and asking specific questions about the boarding environment. You should also bring along up-to-date vaccination records at the time of enquiry, as most boarding providers require proof before confirming a booking. If your pet has any dietary requirements, medical conditions, or behavioural quirks, raise these early so the team can assess whether the setting is the right fit. Asking about a trial visit before a longer stay is a reasonable step, particularly for pets that have not been boarded before.
To take the next step, reach out to Bunnify directly via WhatsApp or phone to discuss your pet's profile, check availability for your required dates, and confirm the vaccination and drop-off requirements before committing to a booking. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Had our rabbit’s first grooming session here and it was a great experience. Mabel was very professional and gentle, she handled our rabbit well throughout the session. The place was quiet, clean, and calm which is perfect for rabbits. I also noticed several boarded rabbits, all of which seemed well cared for by the team at Bunnify. Really appreciate the attention and care they give to every bunny. Will definitely be back for future grooming and boarding sessions!
The place is clean and bunny friendly. I had been sending my pepper for regular grooming. Mabel is always friendly and can handle my pepper very well. You can always check with Mabel for her grooming rates and boarding rate.
I sent my rabbit Hilton to Bunnify for medical boarding after his neuter surgery, and I’m so thankful for the wonderful care he received! He came home looking well-rested, healthy, and happy. The team at Bunnify took excellent care of him—making sure he ate properly, monitored his recovery closely, and even gave him his medication on time, which I really appreciates The environment is very clean and well-maintained, with 24-hour CCTV monitoring and full air-conditioning, so I felt completely at ease knowing Hilton was comfortable and safe at all times. A big thank you to Mabel, the lady boss, who is so kind and reassuring. You can tell she truly loves and understands rabbits—Hilton was in very good hands throughout his stay. Highly recommend Bunnify to anyone looking for loving and reliable medical boarding for their bunnies. Thank you again for taking such good care of Hilton!
Left my bunny with them for 10 days. She was very well taken care of, and their area is always kept clean, grass and water always replenished. And the bunnies are given some times to run around a open play area daily.Their service is meticulously and you can view your bunny 24/7. And they will update you with videos of your bunny regularly. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs accommodation for their bunny.
Had my Maya in boarding with Bunnify for a few days, and I'm very pleased with the love and care they have given my bun! There's a personal cctv in every unit and I could look at my bun anytime I want. Bunnify also updated me often with videos and little observations, which I personally found very endearing and reassuring. Thank you for taking care of Maya, and I'll definitely bring her back to you the next time I need to board her (:

Bunnify's pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier, though specific per-night or per-visit rates are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the provider. For pet boarding in Singapore, rates typically vary based on pet size, species, and the type of accommodation offered — standard kennels, individual rooms, or free-roam spaces each carry different price points. Additional charges may apply for special feeding requirements, administering medication, or extra playtime and handling. For mobile or collection services, transport fees may also be applicable depending on your location. Always request a written breakdown of all charges before confirming your booking. Most reputable boarding facilities in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations, typically DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, with proof dated within the past 12 months. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required or strongly recommended for boarding and daycare settings due to the close proximity of animals. For cats, FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is the standard requirement. You should bring the original vaccination certificate or a vet-issued record when dropping off your pet. If your pet's vaccinations are not current, schedule a vet visit well in advance of your intended boarding dates, as some vaccines require a gap period before they are effective. Confirm Bunnify's specific vaccination policy directly when enquiring.
In Singapore, pet boarding facilities are required to hold a licence issued by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. Bunnify does not have an AVS licence listed in its current KakiList profile, so you should ask the provider directly to confirm its licensing status and request sight of the licence before proceeding. On the question of insurance, ask whether the facility carries coverage for incidents involving pets in their care — this includes injury, illness, or loss during the boarding period. Understand the provider's protocol if your pet becomes unwell, including which veterinary clinic they would contact and who bears any resulting costs. Visit the facility in person, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
