I don’t know what is the problem with the reception aunty. She is rude with no reason. It doesn’t take much efforts to answer the query. Think about the patients who are already having some mental stress and you are just increasing their stress. If you don’t your job interesting just write in bold letters that you will not respond to anyone query. How are you to feel when you are in trouble and people will answer your questions with sarcasm ? I hope someday you will understand. Also, doctor is good the only problem is owner doesn’t care about these reviews but you can decide to visit this clinic or not based on similar reviews provided by others

As many other comments here. The receptionist aunty at the clinic is terrible.. clinic closes at 9pm.. i called at 6.10pm.. asking what is the latest time need to be there or if we can make reservation. She asked us to come before 7:45pm, no need reservation. I rushed over while having fever.. and reached at 7:45 sharp, she just waved her hands, looked ignored and said “doctor left already, nothing i can do! “You want MC, come again, i give you tomorrow” 😡 While i was call another 24hrs clinic cos i really needed medical help. I saw a guy looks like a doctor and this aunty walked out and hopped onto a car and left. Think twice if you’re planning a visit to this unprofessional, old clinic who has zero empathy and manner.

Your receptionist slammed down the phone on me and insisted the "system was closed" when it was well before closing time. She's rude for no reason and you're losing business. Multiple reviews have mentioned this and we've been coming to your clinic for so long yet this still persists. Please state your closing hours and last registration clearly and stick it to.

Dr. Chua has been my family's trusted GP for many years, and as a fellow doctor myself, I can confidently say that his medical care is consistently sound, appropriate, and of a very high standard. I’ve noticed some reviews mentioning the front-of-house experience. The counter auntie is from the "old school" and is incredibly efficient at her job. While her direct, no-nonsense approach might come across as brusque to some, I believe it stems from a focus on keeping the clinic running smoothly and not from any ill intent. Ultimately, I choose a doctor for their medical expertise and the trust I have in their judgment. In that regard, Dr. Chua is second to none. I have complete faith in him and his team and will continue to trust them with my family's health. Highly recommended.
