Our dog isn’t a big fan of humans and usually takes time to get comfortable around new people, but Joanna,Chris & team at pawsome did an amazing job at winning him over! 🥰 They were so patient and understanding and it was clear from the constant updates (pictures & videos) that he was having so much fun with his friends and felt safe. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so thankful for the love and care Joanna , Chris & team gave him and it’s such a relief to know there’s a place we can trust with his needs ❤️ Highly recommend this boarding place to all the pawrents out there !!

Christian and Joanna were amazing. We left our dog, Nani, with them for 2.5 weeks. They gave constant updates throughout the day, with several videos sent into the group chat daily. It's obvious they care sincerely about all the dogs under their supervision. We were able to have a carefree vacation with our dog under their care. Appreciate and I am grateful for what Loki has experienced in the care of C&J Pawsome. Loki came home from boarding without showing a low mood or fear. He even hesitates to follow C&J home while they are leaving! I can't imagine this will happen. C&J not only take good care of Loki, but they even found out there was a dry wound on Loki’s neck which I have missed out..also C&J helps in correcting Loki’s behaviour through their experience training. As Loki is a very timid and sensitive Cavapoo, C&J are very patient with Loki and I can tell Loki are happy during boarding at C&J, just like he found his 2nd home. Lastly, I find C&J charges are fair and worth every dollar! In terms of transportation and boarding fees, nothing can compare the peaceful feeling of knowing your pet has been taken great care of when you are away. I was able to focus and feel safe as I received constant updates from C&J. Very friendly and kind, effective communication makes a difference from past boarding, won't hesitate to recommend anyone who needs pet boarding or daycare service from C&J awesome!

You know you found the right boarding place when your furkid recognised the place and excited to meet the caretakers after 1 overnight trial session. We are so grateful to find C&J Pawsome and entrust our furkid - Yuki to them for 2.5 weeks stay. Thank you, Chris, Joanna and Aesha. Chris and Joanna are a lovely couple. They are passionate, friendly and caring toward dogs. The team constantly updating us with videos and photos. *be sure you have large phone memory space as they took really nice photos and videos* Yuki is an “introvert” and shy towards other dogs. We are surprised that he is able to socialise well during his stay with them. We felt that Yuki is enjoying himself to the fullest and gives them 10/10 for everything they did for him. Once again, we are so thankful for C&J Pawsome team to take good care of Yuki and worry free. We highly recommend C&J Pawsome for the incredible and impeccable services. This was our puppy's first boarding and it was for 3.5 weeks! We were of course worried but a few days into the boarding we knew, we made the right choice. Joanna, Chris and Aesha were nothing but amazing! Their care and love for the dogs are genuine and they took excellent care of our dog. Failt updates of photos and videos were sent to us! We trust their expertise fully! They also gave us useful tips as first time pet owner. Highly recommend them if you have to send your dogs for daycare or overnight stay.
