About "Furry Retreat SG"
Furry Retreat SG is a pet boarding provider operating islandwide from its base at 163 Yung Ping Road, Singapore 610163. The listing is KakiList verified, meaning a real person has confirmed operating details and contact channels. It holds a perfect 5-star Google rating across 26 reviews, which is a moderate sample — directional but not yet definitive. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$).
When getting in touch, have your pet's size, breed, and temperament on hand, as boarding suitability often depends on these details. Vaccination records — typically covering DHPP and rabies for dogs, or FVRCP for cats — will be required before drop-off, so ensure these are current and within the past 12 months. It is worth asking whether a trial visit or short overnight stay is possible before committing to a longer boarding period, particularly for pets that have not been boarded before. Discuss the drop-off and pick-up schedule, daily routine, feeding arrangements, and any special medical or dietary requirements your pet may have. Confirm whether recurring bookings are available if you travel regularly.
To take the next step, reach out to Furry Retreat SG via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form on their listing to describe your pet's profile, share vaccination documentation, and check availability for your intended boarding dates.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Furry Retreat is truly a retreat for our dog! he has even more fun on his vacay than the hoomans i believe!! it is a repeat visit and we recommend anyone with their dogs there and Giacomo would love to play too! Lucy is very assuring and professional and helpful and tends to the dog's actual needs so we are super grateful. She's amazing at handling all kinds of dogs and we are worry-free when we go away, enjoying the daily updates too. it is so nice to see our doggy have a great time when we are not around! thank you for taking care of all the doggos and loving them all very much!!
Sent my puppy to Furry Retreat Boarding twice and had a really positive experience both times. Lucy is patient and reassuring, and the updates during the stay gave me peace of mind. My pups came home happy and well taken care of. Would definitely board again. 🐾
Had been engaging Lucy to take care of my dog for years. She is a genuine dog lover who will take great care of my dog Amos whenever I am outstation. My dog also love to go to her place. She will bring my dog for daily walks, ensure he is well fed, well cleaned regularly. Her rates are also reasonable and within market price. Strongly recommend her services to anyone who needs trusted person to take care of their flurry friends while away.
We were quite anxious about leaving our Maltipoo behind, as she’s not used to being in confined spaces and loves to freely roam around. But we’re so glad we found this place! From the start, Lucy made us feel completely at ease. She is a true dog lover with such a warm, caring personality. She gave our pup the freedom to roam just like she would at home, which made a huge difference in her comfort and mood. We really appreciated the daily morning updates—they were detailed and reassuring, complete with photos and little notes about how our dog was doing. It was clear she was happy and well cared for. This truly felt like a home away from home for our dog. We’re beyond grateful and would highly recommend Lucy’s pet boarding to anyone looking for a loving and safe space for their furry friend!
Thanks for taking such good care of our little grumpy! ❤️❤️ Lucy keeps us updated with pictures and status, allowing us to travel with a peace of mind. Furry Retreat allows my little baby to have fun in a calm environment, and his daily medication are also administered as per instructions. Highly responsive and reliable and Junior is already anticipating his next staycation with you! See you all soon! 😉😉

Most reputable boarding providers in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza (DHPP), as well as rabies. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required for boarding and group-stay environments, given the proximity of animals. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is the standard requirement. Vaccinations are generally expected to have been administered within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a certificate from your veterinary clinic at drop-off. If records are not current, schedule a vet visit before your boarding date to avoid complications on arrival. Confirm Furry Retreat SG's specific vaccination policy when you enquire.
Pet boarding facilities in Singapore are required to hold a licence issued by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS), a cluster of the National Parks Board (NParks). This listing does not currently record an AVS licence in its verified data, so prospective clients should ask Furry Retreat SG directly to confirm their AVS licence status and provide the licence number for verification. Regarding insurance, enquire whether the provider carries coverage for incidents such as pet injury, illness, or loss during a boarding stay, and what the protocol is if your pet requires emergency veterinary attention. Visit the facility in person, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance arrangements before drop-off.
