Best in class trainers to be found here in ATC! We have been sending our high energy puppy Ollie for regular sessions here for over a year now and have noticed an increase in his confidence and fitness levels. Importantly, the team always believed in Ollie’s potential even when sometimes we don’t! Thank you for upholding such high standards of principles and care in this industry❤️

Really enjoyed and benefited from the canine fitness dog group class. We were already doing some exercises at home, but learned proper form, and better ways to lure our dog into position. The class size was small (only 5 dogs), so there was lots of individual attention. Webster and Jia Yan were very hands-on, giving clear guidance and demos, and they tailored the exercises to suit our mini dachshund, which we really appreciated. My dog was happy and engaged throughout, and it’s been a great way to bond together. Plus, we could even send videos after class and get helpful feedback. Highly recommend!

My dog Molly and I went through the Project ADORE training with Qiai from PetCoach. As a rescue, Molly was very reactive to people coming into our space, which made me anxious about having her in an HDB flat and made it hard for visitors to come to our home. Qiai was absolutely brilliant with how she broke down the process for me. She explained how to desensitise Molly slowly, which was encouraging because the smaller steps felt manageable. She gave prompt and detailed feedback when I sent her videos of my training attempts with her. She has a calm presence, which made Molly feel instantly at ease with her. Even during the outdoor training, Qiai was very observant and perceptive of Molly's subtle shows of anxiety and told me what to look out for. Molly is now much calmer and we can actually have visitors at home. Thank you, Qiai, for your wonderful guidance!

We are very grateful to have Qi Ai as Huat Kueh’s coach. Her instructions are always clear, and the sessions are not only helpful for our dog but also very enjoyable for us as parents. Each season, we learn new techniques and methods to better train Huat Kueh. Often, we realize the training is just as much about teaching us—reminding us to give clear, consistent instructions and to be patient. Qi Ai’s guidance has made a big difference, and we truly appreciate her dedication and support. 👍🏼

We have just completed the Puppy class to learn the foundational skills that we need to teach our high energy puppy. As a first-time dog owner, I find it essential to start right in order to prevent many unnecessary stress and certainly attending the Puppy Class at Pet Coach was a worthy investment. Qi Ai is highly experienced and good with explaining the reasons behind each skills so that we can have a clear behaviour outcome to work toward, of course with patience, persistence and consistency. We also have private training sessions with Qi Ai and have seen great improvement in our puppy behaviour. Still some way to go but we will get there with the guidance from Pet Coach!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Pet Coach SG Pte Ltd charge?

Pet Coach SG Pte Ltd lists its pricing at the mid-range ($$) tier, but specific per-session or per-package rates are not publicly displayed and should be confirmed directly with the provider. In the Singapore pet training market, individual obedience sessions typically range from S$80 to S$200 per session depending on the trainer's experience, session duration, and whether training is conducted at a fixed location or at your home. Package deals covering multiple sessions are common and often reduce the per-session cost. Additional cost factors to clarify before booking include any surcharge for larger or more reactive breeds, travel or transport fees if the trainer comes to you, and whether training aids or materials are included. What vaccinations does Pet Coach SG Pte Ltd require?

Most professional pet trainers in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations — typically the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) as well as rabies vaccination. If sessions involve group classes or close contact with other animals, bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is frequently required as well. Vaccination records should generally be dated within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate to your first session as proof. If your pet is not yet fully vaccinated or is overdue for boosters, complete the vaccination course and allow the recommended interval before attending. Contact Pet Coach SG Pte Ltd directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your first visit.

Is Pet Coach SG Pte Ltd licensed and insured?

Pet Coach SG Pte Ltd is ACRA-registered and KakiList-verified, confirming it operates as a legitimate Singapore-registered business. For pet training services specifically, the Animals and Veterinary Service (AVS) under NParks does not mandate a separate training licence in the way it does for boarding or grooming facilities, so the absence of a listed AVS licence is not unusual for this subcategory. Nevertheless, it is prudent to ask the provider directly about professional indemnity or public liability insurance, and to clarify what protocols are in place should your pet sustain an injury or fall ill during a session. Visit the facility or training venue if possible, confirm the vaccination policy, and check insurance coverage before committing to a programme.
