When getting in touch, it helps to share details about your pet's size, breed, and temperament upfront, as these factors shape the training approach and session format. Bring along your dog's vaccination records, as most reputable providers require proof of current vaccinations before commencing any programme. If you are considering ongoing training, ask about the difference between group sessions and individual programmes, and whether a trial visit is available so your pet can acclimate to the environment and trainer before a longer commitment is made. Also clarify whether sessions take place at the Jln Gelenggang centre or whether the trainer travels to your location.
To take the next step, reach out to Canine Wellness And Rehab Centre via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to describe your pet's current behaviour and training goals, and ask about available schedules and session formats.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
My dogs have been swimming at Canine Wellness for 7 years. Never had any issues with my bookings. Replies for questions after work hours are answered during next working day. Water is heated & clean. Great environment. Lynn is very patient, observant and kind. She ensures that the dogs are taught to like swimming and not force them.
My pup has been swimming here for close to 6 years, he looks forward to his weekly swimming class with canine wellness! He is always happy to swim with Lynn every week. Lynn is very engaging, patient and truly cares for dogs. ❤️
My 8 year old retriever had hip surgery when he was about 3 yrs old, swimming is a safe and fun way for him to get active without fear of further injury. He loves his swims with Lynn. She is patient, caring and attentive to his needs.
My pet has been swimming for more then 7 yrs. And his condition has improved. Also I like the clean environment, friendly n helpful team.
Can't say I recommend them. Poor poor service and communication. Not sure if it's an admin or management issue as it's a pretty small team. 2-3 times, I booked an appointment for my dog's swim session and they forgot that I was scheduled. Worse still, one of the times when I reached there, they were closed. Claimed that they missed out on informing me. "Was it only me though?" I wondered when it happened. It was a pure waste of time and money as I have to book a private transport to get my pet to his sessions. After that incident, service recovery was done but communications still remained scant. Had to prompt them for a reply a few times. Gave up and didn't bother to complete my package. Unimpressed. One more thing to add. I used to be a pet business owner too and I know how important it is for patrons to be given a confirmed appointment time. To me it was a form of respect to the client's time. But here, 7/10 times they would ask me if I was ok to change my appointment slot to another time on the same day. It was often asked a day before or the same day. I turned down their request every single time until one day I decided to explain that I couldn't because my appointment slot was scheduled together with my pre-scheduled pet transport. And I couldn't change my pet transport booking without incurring surcharges if change is made less than 48 hours to booking. For a period after that, they stopped asking. And then they started trying their luck again. I never once replied rudely to these requests. Everyone's time is equally precious. If you have a problem with planning your time, don't make others pay for it. Perhaps helping you once or twice is okay. But the fact that it happens so frequently, it reflects poorly on planning.

Canine Wellness And Rehab Centre displays a mid-range pricing tier ($$), but specific per-session rates are not publicly listed. In the Singapore pet training market, group obedience classes typically run from S$40–S$80 per session, while private one-to-one training sessions generally range from S$100–S$250 per session depending on the trainer's experience and programme structure. Rehabilitation or specialist conditioning programmes may carry higher fees. When enquiring, confirm whether the quoted rate covers a single session or a packaged programme, and ask about any additional charges for assessment consultations, training materials, or travel if the trainer visits your home. It is worth asking whether a multi-session package discount is available. See the full pet training cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs attending training sessions or rehabilitation programmes at any facility or in group settings, most Singapore providers require proof of core vaccinations, typically the DHPP combination (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) and a current rabies vaccination. If your dog will be in close contact with other dogs, bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly requested. Proof is usually expected to be dated within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a copy of the vet's certificate when attending your first session. If your dog's vaccinations are due for renewal, arrange this with your vet before the initial visit to avoid any delays in starting the programme. Contact Canine Wellness And Rehab Centre directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements.
Canine Wellness And Rehab Centre is ACRA registered and KakiList verified, confirming it operates as a legitimate business entity in Singapore. No specific regulatory licences are listed for this provider. Note that the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board administers licensing for certain pet-related facilities in Singapore, particularly boarding establishments — pet training providers are not always subject to the same mandatory AVS licensing requirements, but it is worth confirming directly. Ask the provider whether they carry insurance that covers any injury to your pet during a training or rehabilitation session, and what their protocol is if your pet is hurt or unwell while in their care. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
