My dogs have been swimming at Canine Wellness for 7 years. Never had any issues with my bookings. Replies for questions after work hours are answered during next working day. Water is heated & clean. Great environment. Lynn is very patient, observant and kind. She ensures that the dogs are taught to like swimming and not force them.

My 8 year old retriever had hip surgery when he was about 3 yrs old, swimming is a safe and fun way for him to get active without fear of further injury. He loves his swims with Lynn. She is patient, caring and attentive to his needs.

Can't say I recommend them. Poor poor service and communication. Not sure if it's an admin or management issue as it's a pretty small team. 2-3 times, I booked an appointment for my dog's swim session and they forgot that I was scheduled. Worse still, one of the times when I reached there, they were closed. Claimed that they missed out on informing me. "Was it only me though?" I wondered when it happened. It was a pure waste of time and money as I have to book a private transport to get my pet to his sessions. After that incident, service recovery was done but communications still remained scant. Had to prompt them for a reply a few times. Gave up and didn't bother to complete my package. Unimpressed. One more thing to add. I used to be a pet business owner too and I know how important it is for patrons to be given a confirmed appointment time. To me it was a form of respect to the client's time. But here, 7/10 times they would ask me if I was ok to change my appointment slot to another time on the same day. It was often asked a day before or the same day. I turned down their request every single time until one day I decided to explain that I couldn't because my appointment slot was scheduled together with my pre-scheduled pet transport. And I couldn't change my pet transport booking without incurring surcharges if change is made less than 48 hours to booking. For a period after that, they stopped asking. And then they started trying their luck again. I never once replied rudely to these requests. Everyone's time is equally precious. If you have a problem with planning your time, don't make others pay for it. Perhaps helping you once or twice is okay. But the fact that it happens so frequently, it reflects poorly on planning.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does "Canine Wellness Group Pte Ltd" charge?

Specific pricing for Canine Wellness Group Pte Ltd was not published at the time of this listing, though their pricing tier is indicated as mid-range ($$). In the Singapore pet training market, group obedience classes typically run from S$50–S$120 per session, while private one-to-one training sessions generally range from S$100–S$250 depending on session length and the trainer's experience. Breed size and the complexity of behavioural issues can affect the rate, and packages covering multiple sessions often come at a reduced per-session cost. Ask about add-ons such as follow-up consultations, written training plans, or owner coaching components, as these may be priced separately. Confirm whether transport fees apply if the trainer comes to your home. See the full pet training cost guide for Singapore →

What vaccinations does "Canine Wellness Group Pte Ltd" require?

Most pet training providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations before participating in group or facility-based sessions. For dogs, this typically means DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies, with proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian dated within the past 12 months. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required where dogs interact closely in group settings. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate when attending an initial session. If your dog's vaccinations are overdue, arrange a vet visit before enquiring about a start date, as providers will generally not accept unvaccinated animals regardless of temperament. Contact Canine Wellness Group Pte Ltd directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your first visit.

Is "Canine Wellness Group Pte Ltd" licensed and insured?

Canine Wellness Group Pte Ltd is ACRA-registered and KakiList-verified, confirming it operates as a legitimate business entity in Singapore. Pet training providers are not subject to the same mandatory AVS facility licensing that applies to boarding and grooming establishments, so the absence of a listed AVS licence is not unusual for a training-focused service. That said, it is reasonable to ask the provider directly whether they carry public liability insurance covering incidents during training sessions, and what their protocol is if a pet is injured or becomes unwell in their care. For home-visit or outdoor training arrangements, also clarify what recourse exists in the event of an incident away from a fixed facility. Visit the facility if sessions are held on-site, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance coverage before drop-off.
