My daughter and her Girl Scouts troop of 8 other girls ages 6-8 came in for a 2 hour workshop and had a blast! The art therapist, Jolie, is amazing with children and went through some breathing exercises, a self portrait art piece, movement work with a trust fall, and food art while sprinkling in lots of inspirational messages on positive self talk and on calming our minds. Highly recommended to bring out the creativity and confidence in us. My daughter will be coming back for camps! Thanks Canvass for sharing the love and light to our next generation of leaders!
