My dad and I have been going to the Suntec City outlet for our optical needs since 2019 and have found the perfect optometrist in Jun Lim; highly skilled in optometry, excellent product knowledge, very patient and extremely helpful. My eyes are a challenge to test; persistent dry eyes that are very sensitive and get easily fatigued during the eye examination. But Jun Lim handled it with aplomb. He was very patient throughout and made extra effort to ensure that my prescription would turn out correct. I didn’t feel stressed out during the eye examination and, for the first time in years, did not experience discomfort with my new prescription. Jun Lim also went the extra mile to source for my favorite Silhouette frame. When he only managed to get me one pair as the model had been discontinued, he sought out an alternative model which most closely resembled it for my second pair of glasses. He was also very patient in helping my dad select a new frame, tirelessly picking out various frames from around the store based on my dad’s preferred style before finally locating the perfect frame in the product catalogue, which my dad is extremely happy with. I also like it that Jun Lim doesn’t hard sell nor unnecessarily upsell. Instead, he makes his recommendations based on the customer’s needs. He recommended that I try the Zeiss lens instead of my go-to Nikon brand. I am glad to have taken his advice and got them for my dad as well. Both my dad and I love the Zeiss lens he recommended. We made 4 pairs of spectacles with him recently and are very satisfied with them. Kudos also to the friendly store manager Christine who always makes us feel welcomed and at home when we visit. We will definitely continue to go to the Suntec City outlet for our optical needs.
