I came across this clinic and since clinics usually close on weekends or operate only half day so I decided to drop by because I was already in the area and still not feeling well. I was attended by a locum Chinese lady doctor (I didn’t manage to get her name). She really listened and understood my situation. I told her that I had gone to my GP clinic near my house a few days ago but I had a bad experience there. I shared with her that the previous doctor prescribed medication for my flu, sore throat but for my cough, the doctor didn’t explain why she didn’t want to give what I requested (dhasedyl) or listen to my explanation. She only told me, ‘Try first, ok! If not helpful pls come again! So I explained that going back again would just waste my time and money. Might as well just prescribe me with dhasedyl in the first place because that cough syrup that able to cure for my dry cough. Moving forward, I’m glad this doctor here understood my situation and prescribed cough syrup (dhasedhyl) that works for me. She only gave me what I needed without adding unnecessary medication, since I still have my Anarex, sore throat (lozenges) from the previous doctor. She is really very understanding doctor and I appreciate it so much. I would also like to say that your front desk staff is very nice, the clinic feels comfortable and the prices are reasonable. Truly, this clinic is a good place to visit when you’re sick & what meds that u prefer, just inform the doctor. So the clinic name deserved with “Care and Cure Medical” because of the way they treat their patients. 😊

Dr Ankita is the sweetest. I didnt get the name of the lady at the counter tdy, but she's super nice too. When you're in pain, you alwys feel abit irritable and down, bt the docter speaks to you nicely and makes you comfortable. Explain things clearly and you feel safe and heard. Great work guys!

I am looking for a lady doctor and found Care and Cure clinic at Circuit Road. I called to confirm and the receptionist is very welcoming to all my enquires. The lady doctor Dr Ankita Dey is patient to hear my issues and she examine me carefully to diagnosis my problem . She also explain clearly the use of the medications and any side effect . Recommend to those who look for clear and friendly consultation .

My wife came to visit the clinic as she was experiencing some temporary anxiety due to a stressful period in time for her. She came to visit the doctor here for medical advice, and was prescribed lexapro, which the doctor said it was the best medicine to prescribe. After my wife took it, she experienced very bad side effects and could not function at work the next day. The next day she decided to find the doctor to learn more about why this has happened. The doctor refused to see her, and literally just opened the door and spoke loudly into the main waiting area to ask my wife what the matter was, and that she already told her to see a psychiatrist. I am not blaming the doctor for side effects of the medication, this is unavoidable. I am blaming the doctor for literally just blatantly sharing a person's medical condition simply by opening the door and saying it aloud, despite other people being around. This is downright unprofessional and unethical. And do note this review is only limited to the doctor's poor conduct. I would like to thank the receptionist working on that day who was sympathetic to my wife's condition and tried to get the doctor to talk to my wife privately, but the doctor did not bother to do so and behaved unethically.
