My dad became so weak after 9 sessions of chemo. He needed a lot of attention while walking for fear of fall. And, he needed someone to attend his toileting needs from 9pm-8am. I was happy to find Carer who responded very quickly with my request. Very quickly, Sheryl found 2 carers JunHao & Fazil to support my last min request. They are locals, well trained & professional to manage sick elderly with all their needs during the course of work including meal preparation, toileting & showering needs, vitals checks & medicine preparation. Although my dad’s time with them was short lived, I could sense that Dad felt being care with integrity & trusted them with his needs. I am thankful to have found Carer to help us through the night. I will recommend Carer to my friends if they need such a service.

I hired care aide service from Carer for about four weeks. My first contact with Sherlyn is great. She is thorough and explains paitently. She does not sound distant or pushy. She met my father's needs with care and paitence e.g. toileting, showering, exercises, sponging, change dressing, giving medication, massage. My father likes her very much and mentioned that she is very careful when caring for him. The other two care aides who are scheduled to care for my father. One has graduated from NUS Nursing course and the other is in her 3rd year of the Nursing course. They provided great companship and care for my father who loves a good conversation.
