On the actual day, I called them a few times to chase on arrival status and they were late with no apologies and no updates. Didn't expect ambulance can be late. Worse ambulance service. Improper handling of patient. Not aware of aurrounding and destroy surrouding. Cant ask for compensation also. Ambulance staff state they unawre they broke things. Arent they train to be aware and careful of surrounding and safe handling of patients. Change for payment,donf even bother to compensate .please think twice about engaging them,they may break your expensive furniture or crack your wall with their rough handling of their trolley.
