Attention to details is simply marvellous! I did quite a few renovations before. All was not very good experience. The first time I met Alan, I was abit skeptical if he’s able to deliver my ideas across to him when I approach him & toktoktok carpentry. But he is able to comprehend, understand & also deliver way more than what I have expected! He himself counter-proposed my ideas & gave his best advice & suggestions in terms of budget, DESIGN, safety aspects, timeline, colours & laminates which I thought was even better! Much better than that few IDs I engaged before. His workmanship is also really good! Even though at the end of the day, the installation took an extra day, but no complains! Good things have to wait right? His workers are very patient & skilled & making sure they deliver quality work (when I was kinda rushing him to finish earlier). Sorry Alan! Found this company through Google and msged them for a quote for custom made worktable. Alan was very prompt in replies and even came to my house on the 1st day of enquiry. But subsequently after placing deposit, the replies became 2-4 days later. As the customer, we will be afraid if it's a scam and since there are only 2 google reviews so far. I was told that it can be completed in 2-3 weeks but only came on the 4th week. Nevertheless, Alan's father was very experienced, drew the table on the spot according to what we wanted and able to see his professionalism during the installation. Quality of the table is good, very nicely done with competitive pricing and 2 yrs warranty given.
