The renovation was completed within 2 months and I was able to move in before Chinese New Year which I truly appreciate. I would like to specially thank Alvin Low, the Interior Designer assigned to my project. He is professional, experienced, patient and creative. He provided many useful suggestions and tried his best to match my budget while meeting my design expectations. Alvin Low kept me updated regularly on the renovation progress and followed up closely to ensure everything went smoothly. First impression meeting our ID, Calvin, he looks serious hahaha. But along the way, we can click and what i most like abt him is he have nvr 'hard sell' anything. He have nvr once push us to get sthing that are way our budget. In fact he make sure we choose what we wanted & according to our budget. Nvr once he complain us being fickle minded. He also make sure we can change our mind or cancel any item but of coz before the job is done lah. He also try his best to get our hse completed early then expected. We have rcvd a lot of compliment especially that we are at ground floor, our main front door is a gass door, many curious passerby stop and touch our door and thumbs up. Thank you, Calvin for being the best ID for us. We will definately recommend to everyone. Happy new year im advance. We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Nicky Chiang from CasaID. From the very beginning, he was extremely responsive and always answered our queries clearly and patiently, which made the entire renovation journey stress-free. Nicky truly understood our vision and brought it to life beautifully, while also being very transparent and reliable with his timeline. What really stood out was his professionalism and care. He took the time to advise us on important things to look out for and what to avoid, helping us make well-informed decisions every step of the way. Communication was excellent throughout and we really appreciated that he was comfortable being bilingual, making discussions much smoother and more natural for us. A month into living in our new house, we already automatically felt at home, which really speaks volumes about the thought and effort Nicky put into the design and execution. Overall, the whole renovation process was seamless from start to finish. Nicky is dedicated, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
