We will like to thank Roger Toh for his help in coordinating my dad's funeral. Being the only child, it will be hard to handle a 5D4N wake. Special thanks goes to Edward, Vivien and all of the team that made everything go so smoothly. The assurance of their help within 1 hour they could come to NUH ward and explain and calm me down that everything will be done nicely and economically. They could accommodate my wishes of holding the wake at Woodlands Memorial because I liked the facilities there. The level of customer service and their ability to help support the grieving family and support and help my wheelchair bound mum around the bus and Mandai was absolutely top notch.
