We are deeply grateful to Paws to Heaven for taking the time to understand our needs. Cookie passed away peacefully at home during the night, and Danny kindly guided us on how to preserve her body until the morning pickup. When the staff arrived, he was gentle and respectful in handling Cookie, which brought us great comfort. I like the idea of seeing Cookie being accompanied by soft toys on the journey to their place. I made a last-minute request for a chanting ceremony, and Paws to Heaven thoughtfully arranged it for us. When we finally saw Cookie, she looked serene and beautiful like she was simply sleeping. The altar was adorned with soothing flowers and meaningful religious elements, creating a peaceful farewell for my beloved dog. Everything was prepared with love and respect, yet carried a touch of personalization and modern elegance. It reassured us that Cookie was truly at rest. Thank you, Paws to Heaven, for your professionalism and compassion in giving Cookie such a dignified final farewell.

Our family is truly grateful for the care and compassion shown by the entire team at Paws to Heaven. We first contacted them at 2am, completely distraught after Milo passed. Foong picked up our call and was incredibly respectful and reassuring. He said all the right things and patiently guided us through the entire process. When the care team came to pick Milo up at around 9.30am, they handled him with so much gentleness and respect. We were told to arrive at 5.30pm for the memorial and cremation. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the set-up and the level of detail the team had put in. Everything was incredibly thoughtful, right down to respecting our religious needs. They laid Milo in his favourite bed, dressed him in his best T-shirt, and surrounded him with his beloved toys and treats. It was the most beautiful send-off we could have asked for, far beyond what we imagined. At no point did anyone rush us. Even though there was a scheduled timing, they allowed us to take all the time we needed during the memorial to say our final goodbyes. We didn’t manage to catch everyone’s names, but we would like to make a special mention to the team who was present on 7 January 2026 (memorial & cremation day) and 31 January 2026 (sea burial day). Thank you for taking care of Milo so lovingly and respectfully, right till the very end. Thank you again for giving Milo such a dignified farewell. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better send-off.

Me and my family are extremely grateful for the service provided. From the moment I enquired about their packages, they have been nothing but patient, friendly and sincere in their responses. They efficiently set up a Whatsapp group chat with all parties involved i.e. ops staff, coordinator, designer etc. to facilitate discussion. My dog was having acute liver failure and her condition deteriorated rapidly. We made the toughest decision to put her down, but was unable to provide the team an exact date as we were waiting for a family member to return from overseas. Despite changing the cremation date multiple times due to unforeseen circumstances, they remained warm, understanding and thoughtful throughout. On the day we brought her here, cleaned her up so nicely and made her smell amazing, which soothed our broken hearts a little after seeing how peacefully our little one was resting. The team also graciously allowed us as much time we needed to bid goodbye, providing space, respect and support throughout. The set-up they provided was personalized with photos all around, and they even went the extra mile to photoshop beautiful designs onto my dog’s photos. The flower arrangement added a beautiful touch for our princess’ final send-off. We also brought along huge amounts of clothes and food and toys, which the team did their best to accommodate and ensure that every piece was placed around our little one. We lucked out chancing upon Paws To Heaven and will definitely recommend it to anyone in need. Top notch professionalism from the team, who serves from the heart with kindness, respect, sincerity and compassion.
