A massive thank you to MobilePet's Titus, Alvin, Mani and Puven for their professional assistance with helping us deal with Shiro's passing Our dearest boy, Shiro, passed away on the evening of 28th of December 2025. Upon contacting MobilePets, they arrived about as quickly as we could have hoped. Titus, who arrived to pick Shiro up, was most delicate and respectful in how he handled Shiro's body, and we are most grateful for it. Upon the day of the cremation itself, we even arrived 30mins earlier then our stipulated time slot for our private cremation, but they were willing to allow us that additional 30mins to spend more time with Shiro and send him off well. It is clear that they are sensitive towards their clients and their pets and do in fact care. His altar was done beautifully, in a most respectful way toward Shiro and we couldn't have asked for more Today, Shiro's ashes came back home to us alongside his clawprints. The urns provided were clean and in good shape and appropriate quality. We were most happy to receive Shiro's claws prints too, preserved well. It goes without saying that we are very grateful, for everything MobilePets has done for us, and for Shiro, thank you.
This was my first time engaging a pet cremation service, and I am truly grateful to have met such compassionate and professional people during such a difficult moment. Darryl the driver, was extremely professional, empathetic, and tactful. From the first call, he patiently explained the entire process from the cremation procedure to the sea ash scattering arrangements. He spoke with great empathy and understanding, which gave me a lot of comfort. He handled my hamster Pipi with utmost care and respect, exactly how a professional pet undertaker should. His calm and sincere manner really made a painful situation easier to go through. Titus, who came to take my hamster Xiaobai, was equally professional. When he arrived, he carefully observed my hamster Xiaobai, who was lying beautifully in the box, and responsibly performed a quick check to confirm the passing, as he mentioned it was rare to see a hamster look so peaceful even in death. His professionalism, honesty, and respect touched me deeply. He also patiently advised me on the cremation process and sea ash scattering, and showed photos to help me understand what to expect. Both Darryl and Titus demonstrated outstanding professionalism, compassion, and respect in handling my beloved hamster. Truly thumbs up to both of them. Thank you for your kindness and dedication — it means more than words can express. Highly recommended. Five stars and kudos to the team.
Comforting and reassuring experience for my hamster's pickup @ Westside Emergency Vet and cremation arrangement and private viewing. Everything is settled for you, with payment done at the animal hospital and location details for the Pet Crematorium at The Animal Lodge, provided by both hospital & Mobile Pet. Thank you to Titus, Alvin and Kaung C for a smooth experience with sending off my hamster, such as requesting her photo and checking for the preferred religion for the event. When you arrive at Mobile Pet (1/2 hour before cremation time), the room is already prepared, your beloved pet is there covered with fresh coloured flowers. For Buddhist funerals, there was nice Buddhist chant music, my hamster laid on an orange cloth and yellow Buddhist prayer paper, with her photo printed out at a mini altar already set up (even with hamster enrichment balls). You get to bring home the photo frame. You can write on a piece of paper to send off with your pet during cremation. Kuang allowed me to take my time for farewell, helped with shaving my hamster's fur to keep, and when wrapped in the orange cloth, I held my beloved for the last time before the furnace is opened. You're not rushed at any point at all, and every staff member was considerate of your loss. The urn and keepsake delivery was also arranged promptly, the next day, with communication from the driver Titus. Thank you very much for giving my pet a smooth send-off for us pet owners to have this step in closure.
I had use their service twice for my two pet hamsters that passed away on 30/10/24 and on the 15/12/25. This time round it was Mr Titus who served us in the mid night. The company and him has given me a fast and responsive reply/update on my request. The amazing service and initiative they have done for my hamster so that she can go off so beautifully was highly appreciated. And this was the main reason why I continue to use their service as I was given the assistance and assurance I needed during this sad moment. Thank you so much!
It took me some time to write this review about the cremation service provided by Mobile Pet. I chose the $388 package. My precious baby passed on 13 January 2026, in the late afternoon. I contacted Mobile Pet to arrange for her pickup that day, with the cremation done the following morning. The service they provided was very good. Mani, who handled the cremation, was extremely kind and patient. He never rushed us throughout the entire process and handled my Feibao gently and with great care. For anyone who is unsure which service provider to engage, I would recommend Mobile Pet. We chose to collect the urn personally after the cremation. The waiting time was about one and a half hours. Although they do offer delivery of the urn, this is my baby, and I wanted to bring her home myself. Thank you Mobile Pet

For cremation and funeral services, vaccination records are not typically required, as the pet is being received for end-of-life care rather than boarding or daycare. However, it is advisable to confirm this with Pets Cremation Center directly when making your enquiry, as requirements may vary depending on the circumstances of collection or drop-off. If you are also considering any associated services — such as pet transport or temporary holding — standard vaccination documentation such as DHPP and rabies for dogs, or FVRCP for cats, may become relevant. The team will advise you accordingly at the point of contact.
