About Caterfresh Pte Ltd
Caterfresh Pte Ltd is a confinement food catering service operating islandwide from its kitchen at 171 Kampong Ampat, KA Foodlink. It is KakiList-verified, ACRA-registered, and holds a 4.5/5 rating across 83 Google reviews — a moderate sample that lends reasonable confidence to that score. Pricing is positioned at the mid-range tier, though specific package fees should be confirmed directly with the provider.
Mothers typically begin by contacting Caterfresh via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to discuss their expected due date, dietary tradition, and the number of trays required per day. The standard arrangement covers 28 days with two daily deliveries — lunch and dinner — though a shorter trial package of 7 or 14 days is worth asking about before committing to the full run. Confirm whether herbal soups, red dates tea, longan tea, and confinement tonics are bundled into the package price or billed separately, as this varies between caterers and can meaningfully affect the total cost. Ask about the delivery time slots, typical cooking-to-delivery window, and packaging format — BPA-free, microwave-safe containers are the norm. Mothers with specific dietary needs, such as a no-rice-wine option for breastfeeding or a halal requirement, should raise these at the enquiry stage.
To get started, reach out to Caterfresh via WhatsApp or phone to discuss your due date and dietary preferences, then request a trial meal before placing a full package deposit.
Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade (and MUIS halal certificate if relevant) before paying the package deposit.
Kate's Catering is our office's go to for meal gatherings. We ordered the laksa mini party set and topped up with a fried rice and satay. The food arrived piping hot, well packed and
Our company ordered the buffet for grand opening of SQ1 on 02 June 2025. The food had exceeded my expectations. The food was so delicious, and the service was really great. The lemon grass Thai fish cake was so yummy and I ate and wanted to refill again. Korean fried chicken was tender and went well with the sauce and vegetables station was good too. The taste was even better when the food was hot with self-heating buffet burners. I took a huge pile of dishes, even though it was quite heavy for one person. With compliment, the buffet was nice and with good standard service. All foods were consumed in a short time that proven it was very delicious.

Ordered food bento from them during the hectic CNY period and they kindly accepted my order request one week before the event. The event attendees complimented that the food portion is generous and it was delicious.
Our team had a department breakfast and lunch separately, and we ordered from them. I didn't take photo of the lunch but both bento boxes, breakfast and lunch, were enjoyed by the teams. My boss and colleagues liked the food quality, they even asked for the website to consider for their future personal gatherings. Delivery is on time. Always 30mins before eating time. Communication is fast both by email and WhatsApp. Everything was smooth.

Caterfresh Pte Ltd is priced at a mid-range level, though exact package fees should be confirmed directly as they are not published on this listing. Across the Singapore market, 28-day confinement food packages typically run between S$1,200 and S$2,800 depending on the number of trays per day, the dietary tradition, and whether herbal soups and tonics are included or priced separately. Shorter 7-day or 14-day options are available from many caterers for mothers who want to trial the service before committing to a full month. When you enquire, confirm the per-tray count (typically two deliveries — lunch and dinner — or three if breakfast is added), what is bundled versus billed as an add-on, and whether there is a delivery surcharge for addresses in less central areas. Singapore confinement food caterers typically follow one of several traditions — Cantonese (the most common, featuring warming herbal soups, ginger, sesame oil, and rice wine), Hokkien, Teochew, Western-style postnatal, halal, or vegetarian. Contact Caterfresh directly to confirm which tradition or traditions their kitchen follows, whether the daily menu rotates or repeats on a weekly cycle, and whether dishes can be adjusted for breastfeeding mothers who prefer a low-spice or no-rice-wine option. Before paying any package deposit, ask whether Caterfresh offers a single-day or trial meal — most reputable caterers do, usually at S$30–60. Confinement appetite shifts considerably day to day, and a trial meal is the most reliable way to assess whether the food suits your taste and recovery needs before you are committed to 28 days.
Caterfresh Pte Ltd is ACRA-registered and operates from a commercial kitchen at KA Foodlink, 171 Kampong Ampat. However, no SFA Food Shop Licence or Catering Licence is listed on this profile — confirm directly with Caterfresh that they hold a current SFA licence and ask for their hygiene grade (A is the highest, then B, C, D) before paying a deposit. If you require halal-certified meals, ask whether a current MUIS halal certificate is held and check that it appears on the packaging. Confinement meals should be cooked on the day of delivery and arrive hot within approximately four hours of preparation. Confirm the two daily delivery time slots, the packaging type (BPA-free and microwave-safe is standard), and what the refund or substitute policy is if a delivery is missed. Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade — and MUIS halal certificate if relevant — before paying the package deposit.
