What a delightful bunch of folks! I've never put my cat into boarding before. This was the first place I put my cat at.. mainly coz it's near home. The staff were friendly, very patient with my cat who's extremely wary and skittish of new people. Put her in for 2 weeks and ended up extending for an additional week (Renovation woes). I had the little suite with 24 hour camera access l... I could see my cat was comfy, slowly getting used to the place and I'm pretty sure at the end of the first week. She made new human friends. Would strongly recommend this boarding for any cat. Even the skittish ones.

First time using Catnap and we’re glad we did! They took great care of Marilyn and we did not have to worry at all! We enjoyed our vacation knowing that she’s in good hands - with daily updates on WhatsApp including photos and videos and we also could view Marilyn on CCTV at any time we wanted. She came home smelling good (we included a grooming session) and feeling relaxed. They even did a cute sketch of her for the thank you card! We highly recommend Catnap! Love from @motcha.latte ! Amazing service and atmosphere. Boarded my cat for 2 weeks, and he had such a good time that we were worried that he would not want to come home! The staff played and interacted regularly, took lovely photos, and made effort to update on my cat's wellbeing. CCTV showed them cleaning the cabin regularly, and responding to my cat affectionately. Staff are friendly and well-trained, and clearly love cats very much. Price may seem a little more than other places, but it is super worth it! Grooming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and dietary demands were fully met without extra charge. Overall wonderful experience, highly recommended!
