I have been consistently sending Biscoff to Catpurra for 5 years now and we highly recommend their standard grooming service! Biscoff is always very well taken care of and comes back smelling amazing. His short natural fur trim is always done well and he is well taken care of each time. The owners are very kind, passionate and caring. You can tell that they really genuinely care for all the cats brought to them. We are sad that we cannot continue regular grooming sessions due to Biscoff’s health reasons, but we appreciate Catpurra’s wonderful service for the past five years. 🤍

I’m very grateful for the care and patience Sue showed while cat-sitting Latte when I was away for a few days. Latte is new to an indoor environment and is usually shy with strangers, so I honestly expected her to hide the whole time. But she became comfortable enough to come out to greet Sue during visits — and even meowed for food, which says a lot. This gave me great peace of mind knowing Latte was not just fed, but genuinely cared for. Sue also kindly helped to clean up the fur around the home, which I didn’t expect and really appreciated. Communication was smooth throughout and the updates were very reassuring. :)

Had my cat groomed here twice , the first time over a year ago and it went very well. The second time my cat was clean too. No complaints on the grooming skill. However the staff said there are extra fees for cutting matt knots, $10-20 per knot, unclear what’s the criteria for pricing. I asked the team to confirm with me the total fees first since I could remove them myself , but there were no communication. Then added $50 to the final bill. Picked her up with a ziplock bag of literally 5-6 knots of hair and quote ‘that’s not all, she has a lot’…Pricing isnt so much of an issue but more on communication, because the store could have bill me hundreds extra and I would have no choice to pay. When feedback to the team, there’s no apology but instead hinted they could have charged more.

It's the first time that I have sent my cats for boarding and the experience was excellent. Catpurra provided good care to my 2 kitties - Skittles and Muffin.. The cabin were cozy.. spacious and the area is clean.. you can also tell/feel that they do care a lot.. -- highly recommended.. I have also tried their grooming service and it was great.. both Skittles and Muffin came back home refreshed and again ready to conquer my crib!.. Will surely go back again to Catpurra! :)

First time to send my beloved cat to a daycare. Cabins are hand made, very sturdy, secure, very clean, and the place smells great! After just 8 hours my cat was confident and relaxed in his new environment. This is because the owner is very gentle and caring. Her daughter is the same. If my cat likes them so do I.
