About "Centaurs Rugby"
Centaurs Rugby is a sports class provider operating islandwide across Singapore, listed under the Sport and Swimming Schools subcategory on KakiList. The programme is both KakiList verified and ACRA registered. It holds a perfect 5/5 rating across 20 Google reviews — a borderline sample size, so treat this as directional rather than conclusive. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific session fees are not publicly listed.
Families interested in enrolling a child should begin by enquiring about level and age-group fit, as rugby programmes typically segment players by age band and experience. It is worth asking whether Centaurs Rugby offers a trial session before committing to a term, and whether classes are structured as group sessions or include any individual coaching. Parents should also confirm the training schedule, venue arrangements across different parts of the island, and whether there are term-based commitments or rolling monthly enrolments. Bringing appropriate kit and asking about any compulsory equipment costs at the point of enquiry will help avoid surprises.
To take the next step, submit an enquiry through the contact form on the KakiList listing, specifying your child's age group and the location most convenient for you, so Centaurs Rugby can confirm availability and share current programme details.
Take the trial class and confirm the coaches' actual credentials before committing to a term.
Fun family feel at this children’s rugby club. Great modern facilities and even has an area with fans for parents and supporters to watch the players train and play. Despite being in the north of Singapore, it’s pretty easily accessible and only 15-20 minutes drive from Bukit Timah.
Have really loved the 8 years with Centaurs. The ethos of playing fair and supporting your mates is one that really serves my children, and the wonderful volunteers + team give a strong sense of family. The competitions and club testimonials helped with the direct school admissions process.
Extremely professional and fun.

Centaurs Rugby's specific session fees are not publicly listed at this time. For sports class providers in Singapore, pricing typically ranges from around S$30–80 per session for group classes, with monthly or term-based packages often offered at a slightly lower effective rate than pay-per-session. Trial classes, where available, may be priced separately or at a reduced rate. It is worth asking at enquiry stage whether there are any additional costs for equipment, uniform, or training materials, and whether sibling discounts or multi-term packages apply. Many sports class providers in Singapore offer a trial session so that children and parents can assess fit before signing up for a full term. At a trial class, look for whether the coaching style suits your child's temperament, whether the group is appropriately matched by age and ability, and whether your child engages with the activity and the coach. Centaurs Rugby has not publicly confirmed a trial class policy, so it is worth asking directly when you submit an enquiry. Confirm the cost of a trial session, if any, and what the commitment looks like should you decide to continue after the trial.
Centaurs Rugby's specific coaching credentials are not listed in the available provider data. For rugby programmes, relevant qualifications to ask about include World Rugby coaching certifications (Level 1 or Level 2), SafeRugby or equivalent safeguarding training, and first-aid certification — particularly important for contact sports. It is also worth asking how many coaches are present per session relative to the number of players, and whether coaches have experience working with the specific age group your child would be joining. Contact Centaurs Rugby directly through the enquiry form to ask about coach qualifications before committing to a term.
