I highly recommend this clinic for their excellent service. I visited a few days ago with my son and we saw Dr Edward. The service from the staff was quite impressive, especially a young Indian staff member named Abisek (if I recall correctly) who attended me. Im not sure if this is the protocol or smth, but he was very kind, respectful, and patient when explaining all the medications to us. Whenever we asked something and once he wasn’t sure about it, he didn’t guess and instead took the effort to check with the doctor and came back with the right information which made us feel very reassured and safe. I also came againn the next day to enquire about vaccinations for my child since my baby’s vaccination booklet is a foreign one, and once again js so happened to be that he was assisting me at the counter. He took down our details, clarified everything, and asked us to sit while he handled the other patients requests instead of making us wait standing withiut a proper response. The way he managed everything on his own, registration, dispensing, and attending to enquiries, even when there were about 8+ people there, as the other staff was on dinner break was very professional and impressive. He even went the extra mile to help us search online and get the information we needed. I think based on my experience with him, all the staffs there provide a similar level of care and dedication and this clinic truly stands out for its service. Well done to the clinic, and to him for the outstanding support with my queries and appointment.

Booked an appointment for a flu jab here. We arrived slightly late and informed the receptionist, who told us the doctor had gone for lunch - which was fine as we were willing to wait. After waiting for about an hour, we were then informed that there was no stock available for the flu vaccine. It was quite disappointing that this wasn’t checked or communicated earlier, as it resulted in unnecessary waiting. Hoping the clinic can improve coordination and stock checks to avoid similar situations for other patients.

I went to see doctor because I discovered a few rashes on my body. Upon reaching was told that doctor had gone out for dinner. That was fine. Later finally got to see the doctor, Lincoln and I told him suspected chickenpox and I also told him my helper recently had shingles and I never had chickenpox before. First he told me it did not look like chickenpox and when I asked a few more questions to verify as I was afraid if positive it might be unsafe for me to be close to my child, he just googled show a picture and also said that there was no medicine for chickenpox. I needed to fight it with my own immunity system. Then he quickly asked I needed MC which I did not and then prescribed a few type of rash medicine and sent me out of room. The next day. I noticed my eyelid also got one blister and I got worried because I know that any vesicle near the eye can be risky. So I made my way to KTP hospital A&E as it was Sunday and I was admitted. I find that this young doctor is not helpful and neither did he show care for his patient and worse of all does he even know his work well by providing information that is not even accurate. Disappointed with this doctor. ----- Follow up from the post above, I was trying to write in based on the reply below but the address was not even valid. Can you please make sure that you are genuine in soliciting feedback. Thank you.

Saw a doctor on tele consult. At 1am. They only prep the medicine for delivery at 3am. It’s not just common flu headache etc, was having food poisoning episode, my husband went to the hospital first since he is more severe and I had to look after my daughter. Explained my situation to the doctor. But to prep for delivery after 2 hours at 1am is crazy. If can’t get driver should at least inform, I can find a solution to get to the meds maybe get my own lala move? At this point I just needed medicine. If it’s late night and you’re really sick, do not recommend this clinic. Just go to others. At least manadr used to have WhatsApp or other channels to communicate with. Pls do smtg about your delivery. I can wait 3 days or 3 weeks for my shampoo via ninja van but this is medicine. I am in literal hell praying for your arrival.
