As a 24-hour clinic, it is available outside standard office hours — useful for fever, minor injuries, acute illnesses, and urgent-care needs that do not require an emergency department. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Bad experience. My partner and I got into a car accident and suffered from abrasions and back pain. Went to the GP at 4:45pm and they told us that they were about to close at 5pm. Clinic states that it’s 24 hours? Also, on the website they did not mention it being closed at 5pm? I showed the staff my abrasion and then one of them said that she can only slot ONE of us in. How un-empathetic can you be? Am I supposed to choose between me and my partner on who deserves to be treated? Shouldn’t healthcare workers prioritise people in need of help? How can you turn one of us away? Then what about the other? Absolutely no sense of empathy. She also mentioned that consultations starts from $60, which I was then taken aback. We were in need of medical attention and you simply mention costing like as if money was the issue here. We ended up seeing the doctor but everything felt rushed. Please update your timing because it’s misleading to put 24 hours when you don’t even open for 24 hours. And please don’t turn down your patients just because you’re “closing.” Very unprofessional.
Went to their doctor twice, the first experience was pleasant, I think it was a Malay male doctor. He was very patient and assuring. Medications work wonders too. Yesterday afternoon was a tall, Chinese male doctor. I had hfmd and it was so bad that I got it all over my face as well. Most likely a skin inflammation triggered by the disease. Doctor only mentioned things that I already know. Like it looks bad. Yeah I know it looks bad that’s why I came to you. He pretty much didn’t do much except for looking at my sores. Don’t even think he took my temperature. Also didn’t ask me things like when did all these started, the whole timeline etc. he pretty much just told me it looks bad and gave me painkillers as well as anti inflammatory pills. Didn’t offer lozenges for throat pain, calamine lotion for sores etc. For goodness sake I paid $116 for such experience. No reassurance or aftercare tips whatsoever. Just “let the virus run its course” Will avoid this doctor as much as possible.
The worst experience. First of all, the front office is not welcome at all and the doctor is the worst part. That Chinese tall male doctor didn't sound caring at all and his reasons to what my problem is not thoughtful. Bruh, he didn't even care. I even had to ask what his advices for my condition were, and still he answered very ambiguosly. He just said "I am sorry. Things like this happen." I felt he was unreliable, rude and unfit for the job. 0/10 rating.
It’s actually ridiculous how bad seeing a doctor is here. For the amount you pay, you’d really expect better. Just saying, expect to pay about $100 per visit for a normal sickness. You might even pay more since they like to push a bunch of tests onto you just to earn more. First of all, the toilets here are only for the staff. Which is ridiculous, because this clinic is located within a neighbourhood, so there’s no other toilets to use, other than the coffeeshop across the road. This is just terrible. What if you had a stomachache? What if you’re having diarrhoea? How can it be that you don’t allow your patients to use the toilet? Second of all, there aren’t even any water dispensers here. So I guess you’re expected to bring your own or suffer from dehydration. Lastly, the doctors here don’t even feel qualified. On the day of my visit, Dr Tan received a call while I was in the room, and she was extremely half-hearted in checking my symptoms. While using the stethoscope, she doesn’t even leave it on long enough to hear my breathing. It just seems like she’s faking the action just to look like she’s doing something. And the ear thermometer that she used? She didn’t even change the plastic cover in front of me. Hence, you can’t trust that there’s good hygiene and that she is changing it for every patient. Also, I said that I was having a sore throat which feels a bit inflamed, and she did not even bother to check my mouth with a torchlight. Am I prescribing my own medicine? Shouldn’t it be the expertise of the doctor? Why is everything here falling short? Horrendous experience. If I could, I would give a 0 star for this review.
First time visiting this clinic. Regrets. Clinic assistant only took my IC, asked for allergies, and temperature. Did not ask why I was there to see the doctor for. Next, when I went in to see the doctor, the moment I talked about taking flumicil last night, his immediate reaction was to call out for the clinic assistant and scold her for not providing masks to patients outside. He then passed me a mask, which I had to remove in the next second as he needs to check on my tonsils. He said that Augmentin is the only way to resolve tonsillitis. There was also infection of the eye with visible swelling, so he prescribed some med for it. When I went out to collect my med, the doc prescribed Disuf cream. First time for me to receive this med, so I had asked where to apply this med with the clinic assistant and she said eye. But upon checking online, the content is meant for eye infection but should be in eye drop form. And the cream cautioned not to apply near eye area, so then why would this med be prescribed to me for eye swelling? Moreover, no augmentin was prescribed. This got me confused, when the doc said this is the only med for tonsillitis and yet, it was not prescribed? Total bill came up to $217. Feels the doc is not really friendly and trying to get rid of me. And med needed not prescribed but med not required was provided. Do not understand how this works. First and last visit. Never again.

Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by name to confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. No licence details were provided to KakiList for this listing, so patients are strongly encouraged to verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly before or at the time of their visit. For a GP clinic, basic SMC registration (without specialist accreditation) is the standard — specialist accreditation is only relevant if the doctor is practising in a recognised specialty.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life primarily cover inpatient stays and day surgery rather than outpatient GP visits — check your policy or call your insurer to confirm whether this clinic is on their outpatient panel before expecting a claim to be accepted. MediSave outpatient withdrawal is capped at S$500/year for general outpatient use, or S$700/year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for listed chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, COPD, stroke, and selected mental health conditions. CHAS subsidies provide the most direct cost reduction for Singapore Citizens at enrolled GP clinics — Blue and Orange cardholders receive tiered subsidies on consultations and chronic-disease medication. Confirm the clinic's CHAS, MediSave, and insurance panel status at registration. For any planned follow-up or referral procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding.
