Very bad experience at Central 24‑HR Clinic. If the doctor is Chee Weng Kheong, I strongly suggest you avoid. I told him I’ve been having fever for almost 2 weeks, but he barely checked anything and simply told me to go home and rest. No proper examination, no concern, nothing. For a fever lasting this long, any responsible doctor should at least check properly. The whole consultation felt rushed and careless. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this clinic.

Went to see doctor but unable to. Receptionist at the counterr was very rude. Refuse to attend to me untill have to call her. There were about 6 patients and she told, I need to wait for 45 mins. She said she is busy, ca'n't register me yet. My family members also fece the issue with counter staff. Unhappy to attebd to patients. I am sure they are being paid do the job.

I had the worst experience ever in my life at this clinic. Doctor Asher Ong was dismissive and laughed when I told him about my symptoms. Barely gave me a checkup and rushed through my consultation. Female nurses attending to me were also unprofessional and dismissive when I requested for a longer mc. Im sure many have shared similar experiences, I hope the management looks into this matter seriously.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Central 24-Hours Clinic in Woodlands today, 2/10/2025 roughly at 8:50PM. I came in for my eczema flare-ups and was not offered any proper oral medication or even a reasonable treatment recommendation. Instead, I was only given calamine lotion, really? (as per normal dr requested steroids and only that? And what about oral meds, oh only zyrtec???) which is not an effective option for my condition. The doctor on duty (likely a locum) did not seem attentive, stuck-up, look less knowledgeable and he looks like he needs more rest after. The nurse was unhelpful. Definitely not the kind of care I expected. The clinic was a mess, boxes everywhere! Just unhygienic. I do not recommend, do not even try.

The doctor (male) was not friendly at all. They didn’t listen and ask patients about the symptoms or what they were experiencing. The consultation was rushed, with no advice or proper explanation given. The Indian female customer service staff was also unfriendly, with a harsh tone and unpleasant facial expressions. Overall, this is the worst clinic I have ever visited.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Central 24-HR Clinic Marsiling charge?

GP consultation fees at private and CHAS-participating clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 for a standard visit, rising to S$45–80 for after-hours, overnight, or public holiday slots — confirm the exact rate for your visit time directly with the clinic, as 24-hour clinics commonly apply a surcharge outside daytime hours. Investigations and prescriptions are billed on top of the consultation: a basic blood panel typically runs S$60–200, a urine dipstick or culture S$20–60, and a swab (throat, wound, or rapid antigen test) S$25–80. CHAS subsidies can reduce the consultation fee for Singapore Citizens and PRs enrolled in the scheme. For CDMP-listed chronic conditions, MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal limits apply. For any planned procedure or investigation, request an itemised estimate upfront so you understand the out-of-pocket portion before proceeding. Is Central 24-HR Clinic Marsiling MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

Every legitimate GP clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act, and every practising doctor must be listed on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg. No licence details have been supplied to KakiList for Central 24-HR Clinic Marsiling at this time — prospective patients should ask the clinic directly for its MOH licence number and the name of the consulting doctor, then verify both on the MOH licensee directory and the SMC register before attending. The SMC register lets you confirm the doctor's registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. For a GP clinic this is a straightforward check. The clinic's 2.9/5 rating across 588 Google reviews is a robust sample and suggests reviewing recent patient feedback carefully before your visit. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Central 24-HR Clinic Marsiling?

MediSave can be used at participating GP clinics under the MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient consultations and S$700 per year for CDMP-listed chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, stroke, and selected mental health conditions. Confirm whether Central 24-HR Clinic Marsiling is a registered MediSave-accredited outpatient clinic before your visit, as not all 24-hour GPs participate. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life are designed primarily for inpatient and day-surgery claims; standard GP consultations are usually not claimable under IP unless the policy includes an outpatient rider. CHAS subsidies — Blue, Orange, or Green card tiers — apply to consultation and chronic disease management fees at participating CHAS clinics; confirm participation status with the clinic directly. For any referral to a specialist or public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC), a GP referral letter obtained here can help you access the subsidised SOC pathway (S$30–80 for Singapore Citizens) rather than a self-referred private specialist consultation (S$120–250+). Request pre-authorisation from your insurer before any planned procedure to avoid post-treatment claim disputes.
