About Central 24-HR Clinic Pasir Ris

Central 24-HR Clinic Pasir Ris is a general practice and 24-hour clinic located at 446 Pasir Ris Drive 6, serving residents in the Pasir Ris area and accessible to patients across Singapore. The clinic is KakiList verified, though no ACRA registration or regulatory licence details were available at the time of listing. It holds a 3.2/5 rating across 1,003 Google reviews — a robust sample that suggests a consistent pattern of patient experience worth reading in full before attending. No pricing details were available beyond a mid-range indicator; contact the clinic directly to confirm consultation fees.

For most visits, patients walk in directly without a referral — the clinic operates around the clock, which makes it suitable for acute presentations outside standard hours. A GP consultation typically covers assessment, basic investigations where needed, prescriptions, and a referral letter to a specialist or public hospital if the condition warrants. For patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or asthma, the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year for outpatient management at enrolled GP clinics. Confirm whether this clinic participates in CDMP and the Healthier SG programme before registering, as enrolment determines your subsidy access for repeat visits.

To attend, walk in at any hour or contact the clinic via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to confirm current wait times before making your way there.

We had a very concerning experience at Central 24H Clinic (Pasir Ris) on 17 November 2026, Saturday. It was extra disheartening considering that this was our first visit since we've just moved to this area. Dr. Rajoo was great, very professional, and reassuring. However, the inhaler dispensed to my six-year-old son was manufactured in Mar 2024 and expiring in Mar 2026, meaning it had less than three months of usable shelf life and had been sitting on the shelves for 1.5 years. When going through the instructions for giving my son the medicine, the male staff did not mention that the inhaler had less than three months of shelf life, so we weren’t given the option to decide whether to take it or not. It felt like they were trying to clear the expiring inhaler without us noticing, which is very concerning for a parent of a sick young child. When I called the clinic immediately after getting home to check if a newer batch was available, the female staff member I spoke to was polite but unsure and said she needed to check. I could hear her relaying my concern to her colleagues nearby, and could hear her male colleague responding, "Tell her don’t have and just use it." This response felt extremely rude and dismissive, especially considering my young child was sick. The situation escalated to a senior staff member who spoke to us and offered a refund, which I appreciate, but it does not excuse the dismissive and unprofessional attitude of the male staff. We were also misled about CHAS cards: the clinic states that CHAS cards are accepted, and images of all card types are displayed on their website, entrance, and inside the clinic, but not all CHAS cards are actually not accepted, which is misleading. To make matters worse, all three staff members were giving my son's father a bad attitude when he made another inconvenient trip for the refund. This was despite the fact that we had to make two trips when we had a sick six-year-old in hand. There was zero empathy or apology for the inconvenience or for selling a near-expiry medication. With the prescription in hand, we then tried calling other Central 24H Clinic outlets, hoping to obtain a newer batch. We were told that all outlets had the same batch of Ventolin expiring in March 2026. Frankly, this was shocking. It raises serious questions about medication stock management and how it is acceptable for multiple clinics to dispense near-expiry rescue medication to patients without disclosure. After checking online, I understand that it is generally considered poor practice for a clinic to dispense medication without informing the patient, especially for rescue medications like an inhaler that may be kept for emergencies. I hope the clinic takes these concerns seriously — from professionalism and attitude to proper medication handling, patients as well as their caregivers, and clear communication about CHAS eligibility. Note: The first photo shows the Ventolin inhaler dispensed by Central 24H Clinic (Pasir Ris), manufactured in March 2024 and expiring in March 2026. The second photo shows the same inhaler obtained from another clinic on the same day, manufactured in November 2024 and expiring in November 2026.

in case of emergency, please do not visit this clinic. they are not equipped to deal with anything that is an emergency or that requires anything more than their single option of medication per symptom stored at the clinic. i do not even understand how is this clinic even functioning still. and wait. lets not forget their sky high overly charged consultation. all in all, you’re better off at a hospital or do a tele consultation, might have a better result.

The consultation was extremely poor, and my condition worsened. I visited your clinic on January 13 at around 7:00 p.m. During the consultation, I showed the doctor a memo on my phone detailing my cold symptoms, and I also explained my condition verbally in sufficient detail. However, the doctor appeared inattentive, which is why I kept holding my phone to ensure my symptoms were clearly communicated. After returning home, I reviewed the prescribed medication and realized that I had been given an allergy medication for allergic rhinitis, despite the fact that my nasal congestion was clearly caused by a common cold. I only became aware of this after researching the medication myself, as the prescription lacked any medication that actually targets cold-related nasal congestion. As expected, the medication not only failed to improve my symptoms, but my condition worsened significantly. As a result, I had to spend additional time and money visiting another clinic to receive proper treatment. If even a basic common cold cannot be treated appropriately, I seriously question whether the doctor possesses the necessary professional medical knowledge. The consultation felt careless, and the prescription was fundamentally inadequate. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

This is my 1st time writing a Google review! I am so so frustrated with the service they provide. It’s 2am in the morning and I have to bring my mum (72 years old) to the clinic out of Emergency. The first thing the receptionist tells my mum and me in the face is : “now consultation is $150 to $160, proceed only if agreeable”. Ok, maybe they wanna make it clear to avoid any arguments about their “High Consultation fees”. After my mum entered the consultation room accompanied by my son, I casually asked the receptionist. So my mum’s medical bill can be paid using Medisave right? She said “No, canot.” I replied “huh?, why canot?” She said becoz now mid night , no one can do the accounts . I asked her again, is it becoz no one is handling the system or she is not allowed to use her Medisave? She said she can use Medisave only Tomoro morning. Now MUST pay cash. Then I said told her , so u mean Medisave is deductible, just that only can be processed in the morning ? She said yes, then I proceeded to ask her if my mum can continue to see the doctor (she’s already in the consultation room) and maybe morning you process her Medisave. She said “NO” Doctor came out (Dr koh), after going back and forth on this Medisave issue, I was told that if I can’t pay in CASH , and wants to use Medisave, I would have to bring my mum elsewhere . As they can’t proceed if it’s not CASH PAYMENTS . And I have the alternative to bring my mum back here in the morning ! Hello!? Why would I even be there at 2am in the morning if it’s not an EMERGENCY?? I am not sure what the protocol is , but in a country like Singapore, and the clinic has my Mum’s record and ic, can’t she proceed to see the doctor first as she is in pain , and process her Medisave Tomoro morning ?? I asked what was their concerned , is it becoz they are afraid that she has insufficient funds in her Medisave , the receptionist replied “ya”. Wow, just wow, totally no compassion at all even after seeing my mum in pain . And still, Telling us it’s better we go to the hospital if we want to use Medisave. I don’t know if im being too much or they should just let my mum follow through with the consultation since she is in pain and it’s an emergency. Or I should shut up and bring her elsewhere since I am not willing to pay them CASH! Thank you Amelia and Ilyana for reaffirming me that they are incompetent and uncompassionate. Will never go back there again even if there’s an emergency. CENTRAL24 Please re-train your staffs on how they should speak to patients when they first step in to the clinics. These are basics. And how they handle this Medisave issue. Can’t believe my 1st ever Google review is a 1 star review. Guys, think twice before heading there for EMERGENCY case, you might waste your precious time just to travel there and go through what I had been thru.

I rarely make any bad reviews, but this experience at this clinic ticks me off badly. I just had an accident last night, and felt some pains on my left shoulder all the way to my arm. Went to this 24 hour clinic, the receptionist greeted me with warmth, which makes me feel comfortable and her service was great. However, when I went in to consult with the doctor of what has happened, he don't seem to be particularly emphatic. As I felt the pain from my shoulder, he asked me to lift up my shoulder. He saw me struggling because I was in pain but did not assist me with lifting up my shoulder. In fact, he raised his voice to me and said, "tsk! Do properly la, lift up and down!". First of all, if I'm perfectly fine and there's no restrictions to my movement, I won't be consulting to a doctor. Secondly, you saw me struggling, the least you could do is to call in a nurse and assist me in lifting my shoulder. I don't appreciate the fact that I'm in pain, and being scolded at for not doing the procedure right WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE from the doctor. From what I have experienced before with any other doctors, if there's a need for them to check thoroughly or having a physical touch, they will call in the nurse and doctor will proceed with assisting necessary procedure. I understand that doctors might feel tired after a long shift, however, he need to show professionalism in the work he is doing as he is still on duty. After raising voice to his sick patient, he did not apologize to me. So he is telling me, that is how he handle sick patients all these while? I do not recommend anybody to go to this clinic.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Central 24-HR Clinic Pasir Ris charge?

Consultation fees at GP and 24-hour clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 for a standard visit, though after-hours, overnight, and public holiday consultations often carry a surcharge of S$10–30 on top of the base rate. Investigations billed separately may include blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, X-rays (S$80–150), and swabs. Prescriptions are usually itemised on the receipt. Singapore Citizens and PRs attending CHAS-accredited GP clinics can access subsidised consultations — blue, orange, and green cardholders pay reduced rates for common acute and chronic conditions. Confirm whether Central 24-HR Clinic Pasir Ris is CHAS-accredited, as this materially affects your out-of-pocket cost. GST applies on private medical services. For any planned investigation, ask for an itemised estimate before proceeding. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →

Is Central 24-HR Clinic Pasir Ris MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

Every legitimate clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. No licence details were available in this listing, so you should confirm directly with the clinic or check the MOH directory before attending, particularly if you intend to make an insurance or MediSave claim that requires a licensed premises. Every practising doctor is listed on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by name to confirm current registration status and any disciplinary history. For a GP clinic, basic SMC registration is the primary credential; specialist accreditation is not required for general practice. Confirm both the clinic licence and the consulting doctor's SMC entry before treatment.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Central 24-HR Clinic Pasir Ris?

MediSave can be used for outpatient GP visits under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient consultations at approved clinics, and S$700 per year for chronic conditions managed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, stroke follow-up, and several mental health conditions. Confirm whether this clinic is enrolled in CDMP if you have a listed chronic condition. For Integrated Shield Plan (IP) holders, most outpatient GP visits at private clinics are not covered under standard IP terms — IPs primarily cover inpatient admissions, day surgery, and specialist outpatient care. CHAS subsidies, where the clinic is accredited, reduce out-of-pocket costs for eligible cardholders independently of insurance. For any planned investigation or referral, request a written breakdown of charges before proceeding so you can assess what, if anything, is claimable. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
