Dr Benjamin was refered by Dr Andrew Dutton who did my bi-lateral hip total replacement. Dr Benjamin came to my ward at 10pm upon seeing my MRI result. He explained thouroughly to both my daughter and me. He gave us time to consider. The condition I was in was intensed I could not wait. The next evening Dr Ben did the procrodure I needed at 8pm. He came to check on me in the early 4am. I was and am very thankful to him. His compassion gave me strength to fight pain. The clinic staff are very polite and friendly in every appointment making and visits. I am thankful to them for their assistance.

From my first meeting with Dr Benjamin Tow, I felt he was able to communicate clearly and in a very assuring manner. I decided to let him perform the surgery on me for a plasma disc insertion. He is knowledgeable, honest and transparent. He told me that I would be getting pains 6 months after the surgery and would need a follow-up procedure. He prepared me emotionally and explained very clearly the procedure and the costs. I like his team of friendly and caring staff too.

The clinic only friend with money, if you want to get real advise, go to GH. Most of the private hospital only want you to do surgery. This is what happen to me. They only do sales talk to me on the surgery package, after the first surgery endoscopy discectomy failure, the doctor propose spinal fusion, which GH and some good heartedly doctor advise this surgery is only for those senior that over 60 years old, I'm not suitable. Don't waste your time here.

Dr Benjamin is a very experienced and assuring specialist, caring and always show great empathy for patient. Was searching a doc for 2nd opinion for my mum’s spine condition and happen that few friends and a GP gave a thumbs up recommendation for Dr Ben. He gave good recommendation and put up a good minimally invasive surgery plan for my old age mum and executed it well to ensure risk was reduced with smooth recovery. He performed the surgery on a Sunday because of the urgency which not many docs would be willing to. He is very comforting and put my mum at ease who easily get worried and anxious. He will monitor recovery progress of my mum closely and encourage natural healing without further procedures and medication. During follow-up, he will listen attentively for any other discomfort and was greatly appreciative of him for ordering blood test which timely help us to discover liver and gallbladder issue. He took the extra mile to review and recommended a good Gastro specialist urgently. Besides Dr Ben, he has a great team e.g Anaesthetist Dr Lim and clinic assistants who provide good care and awesome service e.g. appt scheduling, painless injections, timely reminders, referral appt fixing etc. Once again, thank you to Dr Benjamin and the working team!

Dr Tow was referred to my father by a cardiologist. He explained everything what he was going to do and he did everything he said he would do. All his staff are very friendly and helpful which gave us an ease of mind as we are coming from overseas for my father’s surgery. He is a kind and caring doctor. I would highly recommend him.
