The classes are engaging, lively, and full of fun group activities that really help my kids open up. The school gives them great exposure to drama, and over the years I’ve watched their self-confidence grow so much. The teachers are not only experienced and professional, but also genuinely caring. They know how to bring out each child’s strengths and make every lesson enjoyable. Most importantly, my kids look forward to every class they have. So much fun learning and expressing themselves.

My husband and I were introduced to Centre Stage, by a good friend of mine and one of your wonderful staff, Annisaa. She’s been working with y’all for a while now and she reached out asking if we’d like to watch a show. It was Private Peaceful. Not going to lie, at first we were skeptical with it being a one man show, but after attending it earlier on today, I must say that it was just wonderful. The actor, Will Howard, brought all the characters to life and did it splendidly. The school itself should be praised by giving a fantastic and creative environment for kids in Singapore. Kudos to the teachers working there, there’s so much genuine passion and we are certain that the kids will flourish in such a beautiful environment.

My daughters attended Centre Stage most of their lives, beginning when they were babies and ending in their late teens. The only reason they are no longer there is because our family left Singapore. Otherwise, we wouldn't even think about leaving Centre Stage. My girls sorely miss it now and always talk about it as one of the best parts of their time in Singapore. Centre Stage's close community is one of the reasons why we kept coming back every year. In the transient world of expat life, good friends come and go - which can be devastating. Centre Stage -- led by Pete and Ali, and flanked by many competent teachers -- feels like that fun, supportive, and trustworthy friend who is always on your side. Yet, it's not just about the warm and fuzzy. The school seriously helps students hone their skills in singing, dancing, and acting. They also encourage them to take healthy risks, to put themselves out there and to develop their confidence. I saw my girls transform from unsure, awkward kids to poised, fit, and more self-assured young women. I can't thank the school enough for helping me raise my children. It takes a village, and Centre Stage has been an indelible part of what has made our Singapore village AMAZING.

Centre Stage planned our kids birthday party recently to the theme of "We're Going On A Bear Hunt" and it was awesome! Children were so engaged. Highly recommend their kids holiday programme too!

Never engage them as your kids party entertainment. They don’t show up dressed in anything interesting. And they have so much trouble figuring out to engage the kids in the beginning. Half an hour later I had to ask them if they were going to deliver the mystery drama that I paid for and only then did they decide to even try. Awful. So disappointing. I believe their names weee Vicky and Angus. Maybe they give good classes but they are not party entertainers. And mind you I paid 750 for an hour. The least they could do is show up in a costume or fun outfit?!??

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Centre Stage School of the Arts charge per session?

Centre Stage School of the Arts displays a mid-range price tier ($$), but specific per-session, monthly, or term fees are not publicly listed. Enrichment providers in Singapore typically structure fees as a per-session rate, a monthly recurring payment, or a bundled term package — and the model can vary by programme or level. It is worth asking whether a separate materials fee applies and whether sibling discounts or package deals are available. A trial class is sometimes offered at a reduced or standard rate before full term commitment. Confirm the exact fee structure and any upfront registration costs when you enquire directly. See the full Enrichment Classes cost guide for Singapore →

Can I try a class before committing?

Many enrichment providers in Singapore offer a trial class, either at a reduced fee or at the standard session rate, to allow prospective students and parents to assess fit before signing up for a full term. This is particularly useful for younger learners, where engagement and comfort with the teaching environment matter as much as syllabus coverage. During a trial, it is helpful to observe whether the class level is appropriate, whether the teaching style holds the learner's attention, and whether the group dynamic suits them. Confirm with Centre Stage School of the Arts whether a trial is available, what it costs, and whether the fee is credited towards a term enrolment if you proceed.

What are the tutors' or instructors' credentials at Centre Stage School of the Arts?

Credential details for the instructors at Centre Stage School of the Arts are not publicly listed on this directory. For performing arts and enrichment programmes, relevant qualifications may include formal training from recognised conservatoires or arts institutions, graded examination board affiliations (such as ABRSM, Trinity, or RAD depending on the discipline), and years of teaching or professional performance experience. It is advisable to ask directly about the qualifications and background of the instructor who will be teaching your child's specific class, as well as whether the curriculum aligns with any external syllabi or examinations you have in mind.
