The staff members were so polite and friendly. Went past twice and the gentleman kindly offered me to try. To my surprise, it was really good!!! I’m not a fan of cookies esp crispy ones, but this NAILED IT. Even better than Famous Amos in my opinion!! They were patient and generous in letting me try the diff flavours. Loved the earl grey and raisin low sugar cookies. Good, healthier choice and bite-sized! My dad liked it too and emptied half the bag 😢 price a bit steeper but worth it! Go try!

Kids' fav flavours: Belgium Choc Chip and Milo. My fav: mint but it seems to be a seasonal and not permanent flavour. Xmas flavour Santa's cookies were nice too. Very addictive bite sized crunchy and crumbly cookies that we weren't able to stop at a few. The male boss is very friendly and allows sampling. We have gone back for repeated purchases.

Slightly generic tasting, but cookies are not too sweet, which is good. The auntie at the store was friendly, but only gave around 77g of cookies for a 100g order. I bought 2 bags at 17.60 dollars, which was steep for the amount I received.

Really good cookies. Very crumbly. Quite expensive. But I am not sure it's that much better than other brands such as Famous Amos at the next mall. To command the 2x price. Had placed orders a few times for gifts previously but each time the packing was messed up despite conveying at point of payment (e.g. pack wrong sizes or in large bags when I had specifically requested small bags (end up the very decent 200g looks super little), etc). That was a bit annoying cos I needed to spend extra time during pick up clarifying and waiting for the repack, and the repacking staff (different than the staff I had made the orders with) were also upset with me I think. Had clarified that no, I'd earlier specified some instructions, but apparently they never got them.

I preordered multiple boxes of cookies for end of year giveaway. The cookie was not bad, but I think that the communication definitely needs improvement as it was a really unpleasant experience. the uncle was doing a little hard selling, saying things that we should faster prebook all the boxes decorations before end of year as the designs often gets sold out. the 100g one was selling at around $8 - $9. but the Christmas decoration boxes sells for $11+ for a box of 80g cookies. The price difference (2-3 dollars extra) was not communicated throughout the entire process, which we only found out at the end upon making payment at the cashier. I'm okay to absorb the cost if it is just 1 box, but I ordered 20 boxes which amounted to an additional $60+ for the entire purchase. In conclusion for other customers, please ask for clear pricing for the cookies and charges for the boxes before confirming your purchase.
