We've visited so many IDs and contractors over the last few years I've lost count. Xiao Tong is a big cut above the rest. Her quotations showed attention to detail / attention to what we wanted. She is also easy to work with. Timeline was also fast and accurate and did not drag on. The carpentry / electrical team also did an excellent job. Things weren't perfect the first time round, but it was close, and the minor details were quickly fixed once pointed out. The carpentry team even took the extra step and cleaned up the place after that; while unnecessary, was very much appreciated.
