I was very impressed by the services provided by Cico Holdings from start to finish. I got an immediate response when I whatsapped the number provided by the website. After a few questions and request for my floor plan Simon was able to give me a quote immediately. I made an appt and visited the shop to pick the tiles - Simon provided attentive services, detailed information and useful info and within half an hour we completed the transaction and booked the appointment dates. Simon was very reasonable and able to accommodate my particular preferences and even offered some discounts. He was fast and efficient. The workers were punctual and hardworking. They were able to start work ahead of the scheduled time and worked throughout the weekend to complete the job. Ah Hui was highly skilled and devoted to the project. We communicated amicably over the phone and his assistants were strong and good natured. I cannot find a single fault with the quality of work. Billing and payment was a breeze. I’m more than satisfied with Cico Flooring and I highly recommend it.

Their initial service at the showroom was good. I told them i was still in the process of planning my renovation works so i was not sure when i could do the floor and skirting removal and installation. At the showroom, they said date was not an issue and they could set a tentative date first which anything could always be changed later depending on my renovation progress. Satisfied, i paid the deposit and paid extra for skirting removal and installation. However, first sign of their unaccomodating and uncompromising actions came when i updated them about my wall partition works and enquired if i could do the skirting installation at a later date as i had to complete the wall partition works first. They just flatly reject me and state that the date has been set and they will proceed regardless. They told me to ask the partition contractor to shift his installation date earlier instead to match their date. I then asked if that's the case, could they come earlier to remove the old skirting so the partition contractor could start earlier. They refused again and said they will only come on the set date and again ask me to tell the partition contractor to remove the skirting himself which my contractor did everything to accomodate them even though i paid cico extra for skirting removal. Thankfully the partition contractor did not charge me extra for helping me to remove the skirting even though it wasn't his job. The biggest issue started after my tiles in bathrooms and kitchen was fitted. I did tile overlay and thus the floor tiles was higher than the vinyl flooring and the tile contractor mention that the vinyl floor company could conceal the tile/vinyl joint area with transition strip which would be better than using pvc tile trimming. I then ask cico again for the service to install transition strip and this time, their service was really bad. They told me to contact the person in charged of post installation services, his name was Ah Meng. I sent him photos of the area i needed to install the floor transition strips and called him. From the very start of the phone call, he was really defensive and unhelpful. He spent 10mins on the phone trying to deflect away this task and was complaining about what a bad job my tiles contractor did and why i didn't ask them to even out the height. I explained I did tiles overlay and he even said the tiles contractor should accomodate to their vinyl flooring and why he need to come back to clear up the tiler's mess amd why no hacking was done. I explained again its because the tiles are thicker and plus its overlay so no hacking work involved, that's why tiles are higher and i believed cico could do help me in this, since their floor installation was indeed good. But Ah Meng just continued to complain and blame the tiler and even blame me for not doing hacking instead and said to me that as a home owner, how could i accept this and i never oversee how they installed their tiles and this is not cico's problem and then he said if they install the vinyl floor first then all other contractors have to accomodate to cico's works and there's no reason why cico must return again, etc etc....after 10mins of hearing his blaming and complaining, i ask Ah Meng if he could offer me any help and he may charge me for the services but he just said he will only drop by the next day to survey IF he has free time to spare. However, he never did show up and never replied my texts again after that phone call. I had to source my own floor transition strips and install myself. Really disappointed as their Pricing, Product and Installation was good...but...very bad after sales services. They have a mindset that everyone else must accomodate to them. Prepare to have your own back up plans if you use their services as you will not get any help once you place deposit.
