Huge thanks to Clean Off. I’m genuinely grateful to them for their prompt and friendly customer service, and efficient cleaning services. My cat peed and pooped on my mattress first thing in the morning (a nightmare). Since it’s the end of the year, most cleaning services were either unavailable or just rude and unhelpful. CleanOff, on the other hand, responded promptly in the morning, immediately asked for my location, and clearly shared their availability. I completely understand that year-end is a busy period, but given the accident on my bed, I asked if they could please do it today — and they actually obliged even though they didn’t have to. I was mainly worried about the odor, not the stain, but they removed the smell and the mattress stain completely. The staff were friendly, efficient, and professional throughout. I’m thoroughly impressed by their service. Good work and good customer service are hard to come by these days, and I definitely recommend this company. We should support businesses like this. Also, they were affordable and didn’t tack on any extra “expedited” charges or anything like that, which felt very ethical and honest. Overall, a huge thank you to the company. Such a relief to have found you in a true moment of need.

This is my first time I have seek this service for my 3 mattresses and they were so quick in responding with amiable suggestions. They took about 2hours and I was told that one of mattress with heavy stain may not be removed completely as it was long time mess and untouched however they did their best efforts for which I am happy and will be looking forward to take up their package to ensure my mattresses remains cleaned once in every 6months . First time engaging such service and we are glad with the Fir’s efficiency and patience! The entire process took about 2hr-ish for 3 mattresses and 1 sofa. We were taught that not all stains are removable due to the long term marks but he will try his best to remove as much as possible. Very happy with the end results. Will definite engage Cleanoff again for the next deep cleaning, thank you!
