They didn’t just do a surface clean—they opened up the car boot, discovered trapped water, and carried out a full interior steam cleaning. They even removed mold from the seats with great care and precision. The team was incredibly professional, attentive, and dedicated. They spent nearly two hours on the job, and my car has never felt so thoroughly cleaned. It was not an easy task, but they handled it with skill and commitment. As someone who suffers from dust allergy, I was looking for a company that can effectively clean my curtain. I found them on TikTok initially and decided to give it a try. The staff arrived even earlier than the appointment time and was very respectful. He steamed clean my curtain and also vacuum out the remaining water, resulting in a super dusty water in the picture. The process was really neat and tidy with no mess left behind. Note that the machine sound can be loud in case you have young children or pets. Definitely 1000/10 experience that I'll not hesitate to recommend and book again.

Although it was pretty last-minute and the CNY period is always packed, Kerwin still managed to squeeze in a slot for deep sofa-cleaning for me. The team was very punctual and they did such a thorough job, now my sofa feels brand new ✨✨ I am so grateful to Cleanshades for the amazing work. I first engaged them for a post-renovation deep cleaning for my client’s home, and they were very thorough. The staff were friendly, approachable, and very attentive whenever I pointed out areas that needed extra attention. I was particularly impressed when I saw them dismantle a standing fan to clean it properly. It was a fan left behind by the previous owner and had been used throughout the renovation, yet they did not neglect it despite how dusty it was. They also put in a lot of effort in the kitchen, which had been heavily used previously. They managed to remove all the oil stains from the hood and it honestly looked almost brand new. When minor issues arose, Kerwin was very helpful and, most importantly, remained contactable. He promptly arranged for the cleaners to return and touch up the missed areas. What really prompted me to write this review was the second time I engaged them for another post-reno deep cleaning. They assigned a team of three to clean a 2-bedroom condo, and they worked very efficiently. When I went down to check the unit, everyone was polite and genuinely attentive to my requests. No defensiveness, no dodging, and no hesitation. You could really see that they tried their best. It was also the small gestures that left a strong impression. When I was holding some trash, the lady kindly offered to take it from me to throw it away. The men also helped carry their ladder over and asked me to help check the top cabinets that were too high to reach, ensuring nothing was missed. Before I left, they even asked if there were any other areas that required cleaning. Their supervisor later came by to do a final check and pointed out areas for further touch-ups, which was very reassuring. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and left a great impression. Kerwin also checked in with me after the cleaning to ensure everything was in order. I will definitely continue to support them and use their services in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for post-renovation cleaning. Kudos to the team!
