The receptionist extremely rude and shouts, even over very simple matters, and does so in front of everyone in the waiting area. This causes embarrassment and discomfort to patients who are already unwell and have waited in the clinic for more than 1 hour. It's just terrible and disturbing. Note : I have been visiting this clinic for many years and I have experienced the similar treatment from the receptionist before. Inspite of so many comments from patients visiting here, nothing has changed in thier behaviour. I come here only because the doctor is good. But leaving the clinic, embarrassed and with a heavy heart is absolutely an unpleasant experience. Hope this is taken seriously and that someone addresses the issue.

The receptionist is very rude. I was there at 1215pm only to get medication from Dr Lie, the receptionist told me not to come so late as she is going to have lunch. There were 2 more patients for Dr Lie and I just collect medication and left. She reprimanded me when there are 2 more patients to go. Really don't understand her point

Dr Lie has been my personal and family physician for 25 years and I couldn’t say anything negative about him. He is the most kind and patient person I know and while his prices are not cheap the only thing people should be aware of is his 2 security guards aka auntie receptionists who more often than not gossip about and scold patients for any reason and sometimes no reason at all.

I suffer from some superficial abrasion after a bicycle crash 2 days ago and needed a change of dressing, visit the clinic for the 1st time, a kind auntie receptionist also an experienced staff nurse that i know of, by the name Rowena willing to take the time to take a look, help me clean and change of dressing and advise me on how to take care the wound. I have read the reviews that some may find her very rude and offended by the way she communicate, But i never feel this way at all. I feel she is not a time wasting person who is super honest and straight-talker. Basically Blunt! But I went in for help and feel that she is very kind and compassionate at heart. If she cannot help, she will say no right away. If she can help, she will advise straight to the point. During change of dressing, this auntie (staff nurse)also very cute and likes to joke lah. Hope any visitors or patients who visit bring a big understanding and compassion when visit this clinic. Kudos to the Dr who has been very supportive to support the staff and nurses.
