Doctor Tan is a nice and patient doctor who show pride,care and concern to her patients is nice of her to follow up on my condition after 2 days of my last consultation. Only thing is the front counter staff a chinese n malay lady are rude! Especially the malay lady way the front counter staff talk is like people old them a million dollar! If not the doctor is good I wont bother to come back again as is quite expensive on the other hand too!

Super rude and arrogant front staff, talk as if we owe her money. Visited Clover multiple times as it’s one of the nearest clinic after I moved around this area and be it myself that needed medical attention or bringing my kids over or even my helpers , the 2 front staff always acted very arrogant and when question asked they either don’t bother replying you or quickly brushed you off with a reply without even looking at you. Will never visit Clover ever again even if the doctors are great. Even before we get to see any doctors we have to endure such treatments ??

One of the best clinics in Yew Tee! (I visited on 7 May 2025 morning) From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, and the registration process was quick and hassle-free. Despite having 3–4 patients ahead of me, the wait time was impressively short — just about 5 minutes. (They had 2 doctors) Dr. Han was exceptionally patient and genuinely attentive. He took the time to understand my condition thoroughly and conducted the necessary checks, rather than simply asking a few questions and handing over medication like many other doctors tend to do. After the consultation, I only waited another minute or two before being called for medication and billing. The nurse was friendly and even engaged in some small talk — something you rarely experience at clinics these days, and it truly made a difference. Compared to other clinics across Singapore where patients are often ignored upon entry, this visit was an eye-opening and refreshing experience. Thank you, Clover Medical! I will definitely recommend this clinic !!!!! 10/10

First time visiting this clinic and experience was excellent. They really care about their patients. Went down on Saturday morning with 38.7° fever. Had around 10 other patients infront of me. Was feeling worse and worse during the wait. The staff came to me halfway through the wait to measure my temp again and it was 39.2°. They immediately admitted me into the office to see the doctor (Dr. Tan Shujuan) which was very nice. Doctor Tan gave me option to either take the influenze test or antibiotics. Went with antibiotics and felt better the next day. Two days later received a call from the doctor asking me how am I feeling and to remind me to complete the course of medicine. It was a really nice surprise receiving the follow up call which I have never expected or experienced before with other clinics. Overall excellent service and on par or better than Raffles and MinMed.

This clinic has been my go-to for consultations. Dr Han is incredibly professional, taking the time to listen carefully to my symptoms and provide an accurate diagnosis. The medications he prescribed worked to soothe my symptoms and helped in my speedy recovery. Dr. Tan is always gentle, friendly, and takes the time to truly understand my concerns. She’s thorough and professional. I would recommend them for anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. I also want to mention the receptionist who assisted my registration during my visit on 11 Dec, she is definitely one of the nicest I’ve encountered.
