Just encountered very bad experience service today on this Comfort Ambulance Services SLM 9382C service especially the driver bad behaviour..Was transporting my mum from SGH to Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital this morning as I was tagging along with them ..get stranded for 30 seconds at the wards exit point due to Singpass ID not detected ..the next second the driver is nowhere to be seen .they just left without me ..Called the SGH Nurse to recall them back but was aggressive scolded by the driver and blaming me for not following closed to them and also said I am I had eyesight issue cannot see them and follow them closely which was very inappropriate and insulting to me ..This is the first time I encountered such a bad experience with this Ambulance service which made me feel very disappointed..The time of the incident was around 945am to 0948am..No apology were performed by the driver..

This is our first time we engaged Comfort service to convey my mum for medical appointment at the hospital. We have a very bad experience as they were almost 30 mins late then came not prepared. The handling of the elderly is not professional.

Worst service. Not reliable at all. On 2 separate occasion i called and booked their service and they forgotten about it. I thought the first time was a genuine mistake and i gave it a 2nd chance and it happened again. You definitely dont want your love ones to miss hospital appointments because of their bad service. Automate their booking system and i may consider using their service again. They deserve 1 star due to their friendly and caring staff.

On 14/2 just finished my dialysis as usual the 1s ambulance fetch me home by RJ n the driver.it happens rhat I feel diggy n sit on the floor.Once I sit on the floor I cant sit up luckily w/o heztitation I called RJ n the driver who was just leave my place with their help they put me safety on my chair.W/o their help I must wait till 9pm then someone back.I want to give my compliment to RJ n the driver,.They really work extra mile to help me🙏🏻

Booked for transfer to and fro between our home and the hospice for my father who is on weekend leave. Transfer from hospice to home was of no issue. Return transfer from home to hospice is extremely problematic. Ambulance was to arrive at 8pm. Here is the sequence of events and incompetencies throughout. 8:05pm, gave them a call and was told that ambulance is stuck in a jam and will be there shortly. 8:20pm, called them and now they said that they thought the transfer was cancelled. They said that ambulance will be there in 20mins. Coming from Sengkang. 8:50pm, the ambulance came just as I was about to give another call. Best part. 9:00pm, received a message from my sister-in-law, who is accompanying my father, said that one of them said that no payment was made for the transfer yesterday. I had to whatsapp my SIL a picture of the receipt. To sum, they were late, there was severe miscommunication along the line, can’t keep track of their payments and receipts. Such gross imcompetence should never be expected from an ambulance service under any circumstances, even more so with the transfer of terminally sick patience like my father.
