About Complete Healthcare International Orchard
Complete Healthcare International Orchard is a GP and general outpatient clinic operating from Shaw House on Orchard Road. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channels. The clinic holds a 4.7/5 rating across 98 Google reviews, which represents a moderate sample and suggests reasonably consistent patient experience. No regulatory licence details are currently on file with KakiList, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed, so prospective patients should verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration directly before booking.
Patients typically contact the clinic by WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to check same-day slot availability or queue times before attending in person at the eighth floor of Shaw House. A GP consultation covers acute presentations such as fever, respiratory illness, and minor injuries, as well as chronic disease follow-up for conditions listed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), including hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disorders. MediSave 500 or 700 outpatient withdrawal limits may apply for CDMP-eligible conditions; confirm with the clinic whether MediSave claims are accepted and whether your Integrated Shield Plan covers GP consultations under its outpatient benefit. A consultation typically results in a diagnosis, prescription, and referral to a specialist or polyclinic if further investigation is required.
To book an appointment or check walk-in queue availability, contact Complete Healthcare International Orchard directly via WhatsApp or phone before making your way to Shaw House.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Was looking around for multiple second opinions with regard to a certain marker I had which immediately prompted all my doctors/specialists to get me to go on lifelong medication. Dr Colin was the first doctor which looked at all my biomarkers holistically (instead of looking at specific general ones in isolation which all my previous doctors did) before coming to any conclusions. Each session was extremely detailed and educational and he was the only doctor who was able to explain every single number on my reports, answered all my questions and addressed all my health concerns based on my specific phenotype. Sara and the team were very kind and accommodating and I've never seen such level of detail and care in any practice before. I am extremely grateful that I've found this clinic.
The doctor was incredibly detailed and kind during the consultation. However, she was ultimately unable to identify the cause of my condition and mentioned that sometimes people faint without a clear reason, which left me feeling uncertain. Unfortunately, my experience with the clinic staff was disappointing. The nurses appeared nonchalant, and I felt a lack of urgency and sensitivity, especially knowing that I was anxious about my test results. I had to call the clinic twice to follow up before receiving them. On the day of my review appointment with the doctor, I waited more than 20 minutes past my scheduled time. When I checked with the receptionist, I was told I was “next,” yet after they finally checked properly, I was asked to go in immediately as there were no other patients waiting to see the doctor. I also observed what felt like a difference in how staff interacted with patients — they appeared more friendly and courteous toward Caucasian patients, while seeming noticeably less attentive toward others. This made the overall experience uncomfortable and disappointing.
Many thank you to the clinic staff who are both professional and helpful ! Will recommend to my friends
I got the name of the clinic from our insurance. I contacted them more than 2 weeks before and asked for a direct billing to avoid the long procedure of submitting papers for claim. SURPRISINGLY, just when I come for my appointment, they inform me that I have to write in a paper my credit card references in case of billing rejection???!!!!... Just that!!! Or no direct billing !!!. In any moment this procedure has been shared before, despite I contacted them several times to be sure they contacted my insurance. THEY made me waste my time, I left and I won't recommend this place. So NON professional.
I had a great experience at CHI Clinic during my two years in Singapore, and I highly recommend it, especially for expats. Dr. Colin and his team – Sara, Lynn, and Yasmeen – took excellent care of me. From the start, I felt comfortable with their professionalism and how they truly cared about my health. As an expat, it can be hard to find a good doctor, but CHI Clinic made everything easy. Dr. Colin took time to understand my medical needs and always answered my questions. The clinic is welcoming, and the staff – Sara, Lynn, and Yasmeen – were always friendly and helpful. Whether for regular check-ups or other treatments, I always felt well taken care of. A big thank you to CHI Clinic for all the great care I would definitely recommend CHI Clinic to anyone looking for good healthcare in Singapore.

GP consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 for a standard visit, with follow-up consultations at the lower end of that range. Common add-ons billed on top of the consultation include a medical certificate, prescriptions (dispensing fee and drug cost), basic investigations such as a blood panel (S$60–200), urine test, or rapid antigen test, and any wound dressing or minor procedure. GST applies on private medical services. For planned procedures or diagnostic packages, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. No licence details are currently on file with KakiList for this clinic, so patients should confirm the clinic licence directly before booking. Every practising doctor must be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by the consulting doctor's name to confirm active registration status, the relevant branch of specialist accreditation if applicable, and any disciplinary history. For a GP setting, basic SMC registration is the minimum requirement. Confirm both the clinic licence and the consulting doctor's SMC entry before attending — neither alone is sufficient.
MediSave can be used for outpatient visits under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient conditions and S$700 per year for conditions covered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which includes hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, COPD, stroke, and selected mental health conditions. Confirm with the clinic whether they are an accredited CDMP provider and whether your condition is on the programme list. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life primarily cover inpatient and day-surgery costs; outpatient GP visits are covered under some plans' outpatient riders — check your policy documents or call your insurer before assuming coverage. For any referral to a specialist or planned investigation, request a pre-treatment financial estimate in writing to avoid bill surprises. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are caught off-guard by their final bill.
