For families considering enrolment, the practical first step is to enquire about level and syllabus fit — whether the programme aligns with your child's current school curriculum, year group, or learning objectives. Computhink Academy can be reached via WhatsApp, phone, or an online enquiry form, making initial contact straightforward. It is worth asking whether classes are offered in group or one-to-one formats, what the typical class size is, whether a trial class is available before committing to a term, and whether sessions are conducted in person at Toa Payoh or online. Term commitment and make-up class policies are also worth clarifying upfront.
To get started, reach out to Computhink Academy via WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability for your child's level, ask about a trial class, and request the current term schedule and fee structure before making any commitment.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
My child enjoys Teacher Liang’s lessons very much and always looks forward to the class each week. Thank you for the great teaching and support. Melanie from the admin team has also been very helpful and responsive whenever I need help changing my child’s class schedule. She always assists patiently and makes the process very smooth.
As a parent, I’m glad my child had the chance to attend Computhink Academy. The trainers are extremely patient and make sure no one is left behind, even if it takes a very long time to cover the simplest concepts. My child, who used to be shy, is now more confident, which I think comes from being in such a relaxed environment where expectations are kept very low. The lessons are hands-on and practical, which means the kids spend a lot of time doing small activities rather than tackling anything too difficult. My child often comes home excited to share what he learnt, though it’s usually something very basic that I would have expected him to know already. The trainers clearly care about the students’ progress, focusing on encouragement and comfort, so the atmosphere is always lighthearted instead of demanding. Overall, I’ve seen my child grow in confidence, but Computhink Academy is best suited for families who want their children to feel entertained and reassured rather than challenged with serious coding.
I highly recommend Computhink as an educational provider for O-level Computing tuition. I find the teacher an engaging and competent teacher. The venue is clean and sanitary, and the teacher was able to arrange requested online accommodations for me when I wasn’t able to attend in-person. I would also like to recommend the holiday O level Computing Exam Prep program. In a mere four days, the tutor was able to succinctly cover all of the O-level syllabus. Thank you Mr. David for my A in Computing!
I enrolled my son into Computhink at the start of Sec 4 because in Sec 3 he scored F9 for his Computing subject. After attending teacher David's lessons, not only his confidence level increased, he also managed to score an A2 for his O-levels in Computing! Compared to his school, my son says that teacher David is patient, kind and knowledgable. His teaching is clear and in-depth, and since the class was quite small, teacher David could help all of the students individually and help bolster their knowledge of computing. I cannot but highly recommend Computhink as it has done well to prepare my son for his O level Computing subject as evidenced by his O level scores!
Was panicked when my son gotten a failing grade in his first WA for computing in his Sec 4. Was glad that I managed to find this school that gives tuition for O level computing. He managed to score A2 in his O level. Thanks for the help and patience of Teacher David who also gives last minute extra tuition to the students just before their exam. It has been of great help to the students.

Computhink Academy has not published specific session rates publicly, so you will need to contact them directly for current pricing. In the Singapore enrichment market, coding and computing enrichment classes typically range from S$40–S$80 per session for group classes, with one-to-one tuition sitting higher at S$80–S$150 or more per hour depending on the level and subject matter. When enquiring, ask whether fees are charged per session, as a monthly package, or on a per-term basis. Also confirm whether there is a registration or materials fee, and whether sibling discounts or multi-subject package rates apply. Some providers charge a separate fee for trial classes, so clarify this before attending. See the full Enrichment Classes cost guide for Singapore →
Many enrichment providers in Singapore offer a trial class so that parents and children can assess fit before signing up for a full term. It is worth asking Computhink Academy whether they offer this and whether the trial is free or charged at the standard session rate. During the trial, look out for how engaged your child is with the material, whether the pace and difficulty level are appropriate, and whether the teaching style suits how your child learns. A good trial class should give you a clear sense of the curriculum structure and the instructor's approach, not just a brief introduction. If a formal trial is not available, ask whether you can observe part of a class or speak with parents of current students before committing to a term.
Specific tutor qualifications have not been listed publicly for Computhink Academy. When speaking with them, it is reasonable to ask about the instructors' educational background, whether they have prior teaching or industry experience in computing or technology, and how long they have been teaching the subject. For enrichment classes aligned to the MOE syllabus, it is also useful to confirm whether the curriculum tracks the current school computing or coding frameworks. For more advanced or exam-preparatory content, ask whether instructors are familiar with any specific syllabuses such as MOE's Computing O-Level or A-Level, or international frameworks like IGCSE or AP Computer Science. If credentials are not readily shared, that is worth factoring into your decision — reputable providers are generally willing to be transparent about their teaching team.
