We had a wonderful experience with our confinement nanny (CA214 Chong Nyak Juan) from Confinement Angels. She is very patient and attentive to our baby’s needs, and she is especially good at soothing her to sleep. She truly cares for our baby as if she were her own, which gave us great peace of mind. I also really miss her cooking! She is an excellent cook who prepares a variety of delicious dishes every day. Before cooking, she always checks on my preferences and takes my food preferences into consideration, which I really appreciate. As a first-time mum, I had many questions and doubts. She was always patient in answering them and took the time to explain things clearly, which made me feel much more confident and reassured. From the beginning, we shared that cleanliness is very important to us, and she maintained a high standard of hygiene throughout her stay. Even after she left, she continued to check in with us two days later to see how the baby was doing. Her thoughtfulness truly touched us and we are grateful for her help during this confinement period. Would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great confinement nanny!

We had the privilege of having CA908 Nguyen Thi Diem (Si Ling) as our confinement nanny for 42 days, and she exceeded our expectation. From the very first day, her calm, composed, friendly, and loving nature put our entire family at ease. Without any need for briefing, she meticulously took care of all my confinement needs—preparing herbal baths, nourishing soups, and red date water to aid my recovery. She handled our baby's fussiness like a total pro and selflessly took on all night duties throughout the entire period, ensuring my husband and I got the crucial rest we needed. What we truly valued was how she empowered us as new parents. She patiently taught and guided us through bathing, soothing, and feeding techniques (both bottle and breastfeeding), building our confidence for the future. She also kept detailed logs of the baby's routines, which were incredibly helpful. Her support was holistic and proactive, extending beyond our immediate needs. Beyond baby care, she is a wonderful cook, managed household chores seamlessly, and even took the initiative to help guide and train our new domestic helper. We had a wonderful experience with our nanny Carol (CA404) for 42 days, postpartum recovery was a breeze with her help! Carol's pleasant and calm demeanor was what we exactly what we needed in the early days of being new parents. She is excellent with my baby and is very attentive with his needs, she is able to soothe him and keeps him well entertained during his wake windows. Carol also offers advice and tips while being supportive of how we would like to take care of the baby. As new parents, she patiently teaches us how to take care of our baby (baby hygiene - diaper changes/baths, breast feeding and bottle feeding tips, etc). I appreciate her updating us how well my baby feeds and sleep, and when there are changes in his habits so that we can take better care of him. She also takes initiative to organise our baby's clothes and items and even helps us keep track when he outgrows his newborn clothes to be put away. We really appreciated having her to provide nutritious meals for us, and to prepare herbal tea and baths during the confinement period. She makes wonderful chinese meals, sweet or savoury millet porridge for breakfast, pasta and even makes sweet potato glutinous rice balls and siu mai from scratch! She maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times with the baby and the environment. Carol also is great fun, she's amazing at encouraging us to take creative photos with our baby for keepsake. I was able to have a smooth recovery with her assistance and knowing that my baby and I were in good hands. We are so grateful for her help during this phase of life, even my mum and mother-in-law are also impressed and have nothing but praise for her. Would definitely recommend nanny Carol's services, and thank you for all of your help!

We are very grateful to have had CA800 Chan Saw Peng as our nanny. She is such an experienced and dedicated confinement nanny supporting our family. From the start, she guided us confidently in baby care, which was especially reassuring for us as new parents. She took excellent care of both our baby and mummy, and consistently reminded mummy of important things to take note of during the confinement period.
