I first approached AT Pet Services in July 2025 about relocating my son's pet dog Shiju to Japan. Amos and Tony were helpful and shared with me many knowledge on Japan's strict import requirements. Tony, especially provided very useful information and guided me throughout the entire process. It is not all smooth sailing when it comes to dealing with the Japanese authorities, but Tony and Amos were always there to work through all the administrative matters. All that they have done relieved us of our stress and we appreciate them going above and beyond to deliver such outstanding service. Shiju arrived safely in Japan today.
