This school is amazing and super accommodative. There was a lot to consider before we decided to change preschool as kids usually need time to adjust to new environment. We did not regret our decision! My child thrive and she is learning so much here. The teachers are super helpful and patient. Ms Tan (the principal) is very experienced and really hands on working with parents. The class have a lot of child led activities and have spacious activity rooms. Highly recommended!
A place where the experienced and friendly staff truly cares about nurturing our children like their own children. Curriculum is developmentally appropriate and science backed, they do not overly focus on one track (e.g. academic) or another. Instead, it's a well striked balance on imparting crucial life skills, managing emotions, infusing arts, learning to be kind and gracious, and preparing the children for academic primary school life. There is a very strong parent-teacher-school collaboration here, so I'm rest assured my children's development are connected at home and in school. Right values - from environmental to social causes, healthy eating habits are highly promoted here. The teachers are highly experienced and the school is inclusive (it's not a special needs school though) for children with mild issues. It is also non profit as they focus on early childhood education with heart. My two preschoolers are having a lot of fun while learning and playing creatively. They constantly surprise me on what they can do and achieve. I see many reserved children blossoming into confident children here.
My two boys enjoyed their days at Creative O . The teachers, staff and Ms Tan are kind, patient and experienced. The kids explored different things in a safe and helpful environment, and learnt their interests. For me most importantly, they enjoyed their school days and the relationship with their friends and teachers. It was a difficult time for the kids during the past few years due to COVID. Creative O came up with all kinds of ideas to adapt. Setting up the campsite at school with BBQ and various challenges, having a remote annual concert and then resume the normal one as soon as it's safe and allowed etc. It is the last day for Zhiyuan and Minxing. My family and I really appreciate all the effort from Ms Tan, the teachers, and the staff to make Creative O a great place for the kids! Thank you!
I was a student here in 2013. There are many fantastic experiences written here but mine's the opposite. I am writing this review to share my experience at Creative O Preschoolers' Bay. I still remember all of these unpleasant experiences so vividly up till this day. The first few months was going well, however, the later months was when things started going downhill. There was this specific incident when I vomited on my classmate's back halfway during reading class, I couldn't hold it in. Immediately, I apologised profusely to my classmate . My form teacher (I shall not say who but it was a lady) was furious at me and scolded me in front of the entire class. She took the girl away to the toilet to clean her up. She took my towel to clean her up. As a student who stayed there for full day, I took showers there. That left me with a wet and dirty towel to dry myself up after my shower later on in the afternoon. Another incident happened with the same teacher. It was lunch time. I could not finish my noodles. Being the last one who hasn't finished my food, I took my unfinished noodles and put it into the 'return' bucket. That form teacher caught me in the act and gave me a stern look. She took another plate and gave me another serving of noodles. She pulled me back to my seat and forced me to finish those serving of noodles as I didn't finish my previous plate. I was extremely full, however, she went on to force spoonfuls of it into my mouth. Nothing seemed to stop her despite my cries and pleas to ask her to stop. Lastly, this incident made me quit this terrible school. Before entering the school, there would be temperature screenings. The form teacher was outside checking the students' temperatures. I had a fever temperature. She still allowed me in which was bizarre and did not notify my grandparents about it (they drop me off at school). What's more bizarre was that she kept me in the general office for 5 HOURS and only called my dad in the afternoon to notify him I had a fever. When asked what was my temperature taken by her in the morning, she admitted that I had a fever as I entered the building. This incident was a huge indicator to my parents that this kindergarten was not as amazing compared to what family friends had described to us. Because of this teacher, I was terrified of going to school and afraid of what she would do to me. I was so glad to transfer out of this abominable place. I'm pretty sure that the teacher didn't favour me as much compared to other students. She made some negative remarks about me which I still remember up till this date but I shall not get into it specifically. I don't know what I did to make her dislike me or anything but, what could have a kindergartener done to a grown adult? How petty and childish could a teacher be to go to the extent of doing this to a harmless kindergartener who once enjoyed going to school so much? I'm not sure whether this place has changed as it has been many years and whether the teacher is still working there but it doesn't change the fact that I was poorly treated here. Ending off, it was dreadful experience and 100% do not recommend this place for anyone planning to send their child here. :) (p.s: this all happened and nothing of it is made up)
I love creative o I am a graduated student from creative o and thanks to them I'm more open to adventures as in k2 we went for a learning journey on our own without our parents. I would recommend all children and parents who sees this post to join the school u would not regret your choice

Creative O Preschoolers Bay displays a moderate price point (S$$), but specific per-session, monthly package, or term fees are not publicly listed. In the Singapore enrichment market, group classes typically range from S$30–80 per session depending on the subject, group size, and level, while one-to-one sessions can run S$60–150 or more. A trial class, where offered, may be priced separately from the regular rate or counted towards the first term's fee. Ask the provider directly about registration fees, any materials or resource charges, and whether sibling or multi-subject package discounts are available. Term commitments and cancellation or make-up class policies are also worth clarifying before you sign up. See the full Enrichment Classes cost guide for Singapore →
Many enrichment providers in Singapore offer a trial class so that parents and children can assess fit before committing to a full term. A trial session typically runs at the same duration as a regular class and gives you a chance to observe the teaching style, pacing, and whether the level is appropriate for your child's current ability. When attending a trial, take note of how the instructor engages with the children, whether the class size feels manageable, and whether your child leaves feeling challenged but not overwhelmed. It is worth asking upfront whether the trial fee is refundable or credited against the term fee if you proceed. Contact Creative O Preschoolers Bay directly to confirm whether a trial class is available and how to book one.
Specific information about the qualifications or teaching backgrounds of Creative O Preschoolers Bay's instructors is not publicly available on this listing. When evaluating an enrichment provider, it is reasonable to ask whether instructors hold relevant degree qualifications, have prior MOE school teaching experience or NIE training, and whether the programme content is aligned to the current MOE syllabus or, for international students, to the IB, IGCSE, or AP framework. Years of teaching experience and familiarity with the specific level your child is at — particularly for PSLE, O-Level, or A-Level preparation — are also useful points to raise. If this information is not readily available on the provider's website, ask directly during your initial enquiry or trial class visit.
