Augustine’s care for hearing loss is nothing short of spectacular. I have usually guarded in accolades but in this case it is thoroughly justified. I bought my hearing aids from another company and while they were all right in the pleasantries they were never thorough in the folllow through. Like for example my “full package” I paid for should include 4 professional cleaning etc. which I didn’t get and also it was difficult to get in touch with them after purchase Augustine’s assessment of my hearing was incredibly thorough and his readjustment have given me. New lease. Seriously I was getting depressed with my poor hearing inspite of the aids. In fact it was under adjustment. I immediately signed up with him. Most important of all for me is that Augustin is totally honest and comes across as being transparent in his consultation . His explanations are clear crisp and the point and educated. I would recommend friends and relatives to him without Doubt. My strong advice to anyone who has purchased hearing aids from someone and are not happy . Please see Augustin for a second opinion.
