We had an amazing experience with D&R renovating the house. Kenji is extremely attentive to detail, very proper in his work, and communicates clearly at every stage. Both him and Lionel are reliable, responsible, and always reply very quickly whenever we have questions. Any issues that come up are also settled promptly, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. What we really appreciate most is his honesty. If something is impossible or not practical, he will be upfront and explain clearly instead of just going ahead and wasting our money. During meet-ups, both him and Lionel take the time to discuss everything in great detail — sometimes up to 4 hours — making sure all specifics are well covered. Both also regularly updates us on the renovation progress without us even having to ask, which we really appreciate. He provided a clear and proper schedule on what would be done each day, and he followed it closely with no delays. This made the entire renovation process very smooth and stress-free for us first timers. He also generously shares his experience and knowledge to help us save money, rather than pushing unnecessary work or costs. Overall, we truly felt that he had our best interests at heart.
