Ivonne was the first ID we met and we vibed well. She has a great feminine taste and we have decided to engage her :) Her service was good and she made good recommendation based on our budget. She was not pushy and did not recommend us any unnecessary stuff. Prior to our key collection, we met with 5 IDs and Sharifah easily stood out for her personality and how she knew the kind of mood we were going for in our new home. The two main objectives of this write-up: 1. Source of light for the home owners looking for a trustworthy ID / company. 2. Tribute to our ID Serene on her magnificent work for our forever home. A brief background: We have bought a 47 years old resale unit located in the North-East region of the city which was poorly maintained and in a state of dilapidation. Therefore, my wife, Xiaobin, and I are clear that we could not slack in the quest on hiring the right ID to transform our new home. Here are some of Serene’s notable qualities: 1. She remained consistent in her communication and positive attitude from our first meeting till the completion of our reno. 2. She went above and beyond on many occasions where she could very much ignore but chose to walk the extra miles with us. 3. Took on all responsibilities with full accountability when discrepancies happened. Not once did she push the blame away, even on 1 incident where she do not need to be 100% liable, she stood firm and resolved it. 4. Always prompt to reply. 5. Extremely hardworking and reliable to work with. Like what many others have mentioned in the review here, working with her is a breeze. 6. Outstanding 3D render and clear blueprint of our project. 7. Enduring even under intense pressure. Forever patient and courteous. Most importantly, she delivers an exceptional result at the end of the day where our movers, delivery man, friends and family look at our home with admiration and gave praises. Serene has redefined the standard of Interior Design practice, helped to regain consumer confidence and remove the stigma that has long attached to this industry with her passion in this business.
