Working with Sharon was a great experience, she helped to guide us throughout our renovation journey and understood exactly what we wanted. She even foresaw possible issues with our requirements and provided great solutions to resolve them in a practical manner. She has great attention to detail and was very responsive throughout the whole process, easing our concerns and allowing us to trust her judgement and suggestions. I would really like to write a very good review for Jason and his team at Vitas Design, as they truly deserve a special mention for the exceptional work they have done. I started out my home renovation at the start of the year, after having discussed with Jason the design, theme and materials for about 2-3 months before. The works started on 2 Jan, and over a period of 3 weeks and 1 day, the apartment was handed over to me on 23 Jan, with all works completed on schedule. The works included hacking, removal of existing wardrobes, carpentry works (foyer, dining, living, master bedroom, toilets), grouting, painting, electrical works, lighting and installation of invisible grille and fans. Some minor adjustments and touch ups were also done within the timeline. With no delays and a clockwork schedule, it was handed over exactly per the 3D images shown. The pictures really speak for itself and materials used were of good quality. There are many renovation horror stories out there but I did not experience anything negative at all. Even the small details I verbally mentioned before were included. Responses were also prompt and Jason was able to offer various alternatives or outright explain if certain things cannot be done. It almost seems too good to be true, but it was truly a memorable and flawless journey. Because it was delivered so quickly, I even had the luxury to air out my unit before the actual move in. Kudos to Jason and his team and I will definitely engage them again next time round. Even my neighbours were impressed!!
