Thanks Jeffrey for being our ID in our renovation journey. After engagement, he spent some time to understand our requirements before preparing the design which fits our needs and timeline. He also went in-depth into our storage requirements and provided ideas and input. He has a good understanding of the renovation milestone and provided a very hands on walk thru for the selection on build of materials and colours (Tiles/Laminate/Paint Color), which not every ID would help to advice on. His recommendations helped us greatly in the final decision making. Once the renovation started, he was quite on the ball to visit on site to ensure things went well and proactively helped to rectify some defects that he noticed even before we brought them up. Those brought up by us would also be addressed promptly. We didn't have to closely monitor every step as periodic updates were given. What sets him apart from other ID is his service and response in post reno. He is still helping to address and rectify them.

We had an excellent experience working with our ID Dave Wee for our renovation, and I would highly recommend! Going into our renovation, we had a rough idea for our Japandi-style home, and Dave helped us to flesh out those ideas during our discussions. To help us better visualise how the different renovation options would look like, he provided plenty of 3D sketches which were very helpful. Design-wise, I am very satisfied with how my flat turned out, and I have nothing but praise for how Dave's work. Throughout the entire process, Dave has been readily contactable to respond to our questions, even late into the night, and I appreciate that he helped to coordinate our furniture deliveries. The carpentry work is excellent, and the build quality feels sturdy and solid. He also went out of his way to source some materials that they did not usually stock, which I'm grateful for! Dave also has great after-service care - when we spotted some minor defects after our project completion, Dave sent his contractors down on the day itself or the day after to rectify them. Overall, working with Dave has been a pleasant, stress-free experience, and I'm glad that he did the ID works for my first home.

We did our home renovation with Andrew, Hui Min, and their team some time ago, and until today, we’re still so happy with the results.
