⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First time visiting DA Clinic for my LPA certificate issuer approval. I was warmly greeted by the Muslimah admin at the counter and served promptly as I had an appointment with Dr Jasmin. She was efficient and focused, asking only the necessary and relevant questions before approving the LPA. I travelled about 5 km just to visit this clinic, and I must say that it was totally worth it! The clinic has such a pleasant and calming vibe, even playing uplifting songs through their Harman Kardon speakers, which really adds to the positive atmosphere. Thank you Dr Jasmin and team for the smooth and professional experience! Highly recommended.

Very untrained frontline customer service staff at the Anchorvale branch who is absolutely clueless about the processes in place for health screening. When questioned about the add-on radiology tests, all the staff could manage was repeatedly telling me in a loud voice and impatient tone that she doesn't know when and who but someone will make the appointment for me - giving me the impression that the appointment will be made without checking on my availability first. We had to go back and forth and I had to clarify over and over again because she couldn't explain herself, and I needed to know if the appointment will be made in consultation with me as schedules need to be clear. Such a simple answer "Yes, someone will contact you to make the appointment" was all I needed but it took us a total of 9 minutes before she could give me this answer. Absolutely agonising. As a frontline staff, it is imperative that they should be knowledgable about company processes to answer enquiries. This lack of knowledge, empathy and desire to assist is enough to turn me away from the company and brand altogether, as it reflects the kind of standards the company upholds when it comes to staff training.

The services provided by the clinic are very good and professional. The clinic nurses, are remarkably good! They were patient and assisted me with the enquiries I had. I noticed that they were patient in assisting other customers despite the language barriers, they did well in helping them without embarassing the customers for not understanding english. I have been sending my maid to this clinic for her 6ME screening and have never had any major issues in the past. The booking process requires payment online to secure a slot, which I complied with each time. However, during my most recent visit, my maid was rejected by the nurse simply because she did not bring a printed copy of the letter. I called and politely asked if the clinic could assist with printing, but the nurse refused. As a result, my maid was not even seen by the doctor, and no medical service was provided. I requested a refund since the clinic did not deliver any service, but this was also rejected. This is very disappointing and unfair. Most other clinics allow booking without upfront payment, and in cases like this, at least provide basic assistance or a refund if no consultation takes place. I hope the clinic can review their policies and provide more flexibility and better customer service moving forward. Patients should not be paying for a service they never receive. As a result, I will never recommend them to anyone.

Counter staff very unsure in verifying insurance claims, before consultation said can, but after consultation said cannot, Need to make payment first! She took some time to check, but then nvr suggested for me to have a seat first, & right after I went to sit down she called for me ! Billing also amended THRICE! 1 moment tell you HIGH payment amount, very next moment tell you LOWER price, then right after I made payment, CHANGED AGAIN! Need to make ANOTHER 2nd payment cause she missed out on consultation charges. Ask them calculate, another senior colleague who came also calculate wrongly...Explanation also poor choice of words causing even more confusion and irritation. Throughout I didn't even rushed the staff, but somehow staff seems to be rushing herself & panicky as if the clinic is packed to the brim ? The worse is the staff can still be giggling happily while the other senior colleague trying to salvage the situation for her... Overall, this visit is definitely the fastest, but also the most irritating and full of errors ! Which in turn, made it the SLOWEST !
